Very nice ambience, cordial staff, clean rooms. Food is delicious and good service at dining by Mr.Tousif and Ishfaq. Washroom set up is nice but the water and hot water mix up is poor. Rest all Lenin beds ambience everything went well and wish to visit again.

A trip to Kashmir already promises an unforgettable experience- but choosing this hotel was hands down the best decision we made! There was no lack in hospitality, be it the 5 star standard rooms or the ***agement; special shout-out to Mr. Tawsif, Mr.Ataur, Mr. Basharat, Mr. Ishbad, Mr. Aijaz; thank u sooo much for making our stay comfy and cozy (and for the masala omelette everyday) Not to mention the two small rooftops, makes the hotel look really cute and homely ＜3 -Ahana Love from Bangladesh

It was nice experiance good service cooperative staff the food was nice specially dining staff is very helpful especially ishfaq tawseef they both provide best meals all time rooms is also specious and clean our saty in arco hotel was parfect we plan to stay arco hotel again and again Thanku arco family

Great Service ,Excellent ,Breakfast also we'll, Room service and room was Cleand and Hygiene, Specially dining staff . Touseef Ishfaq basharat ajaz ,Tariq,and Zahoor Gives us lovely service and they are helpfully , Spacious room we get primume here ,swimming pool also here,from city 7 Kilometers

Conveniently located with good amenities and great food. Most importantly, the place offered excellent hospitality with really warm and courteous staff across the board. Would like to specifically thank Towseef and Neelofar :-) Would certainly repeat for the next Kashmir trip. For context, we stayed at two other hotels too during our ten day trip.

Rooms are very neat and clean.. Food and service was excellent. You gave us wonderful experience, we spend 4 nights here and we must say that the staff is professional and hospitable especially Ms Neelofar and her team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a family trip.

It's a good hotel. Staff is helping and polite ...it's a one building hotel but meets the requirements... housekeeping staff is amazing here .. Hussain ( I may have forgotten the right name ) i believe was really helpful...he came helping in middle of the night when my son had episode of vomit .. without any hesitation he helped us ...I m grateful. About dining... options are limited and buffet was not greatly ***aged ...though ala carte was amazing ...one day we had buffet dinner and one evening ala carte ... Food preparations are of our likings..so overall I will give 5stars especially for staff cooperation
