The hotel is good in all things like food and the service. the restaurant staff is very helpful specially Mr. Ovais Khan he was helping us very well. they arranged the anniversary celebration for my mom dad with very well decorated and well setup and service. We realise this was the best decision to take this reputed hotel. Thanks to Welcome Heritage Grand ITC.

The ambience of the hotel is very good. It’s well maintained and has very cooperative staff specially Safiya, insaha, meenu, jasira and mr owais & Mr faizian. The food quality is awesome and serves different varieties. Mr. Talat owner of hotel is very polite and down to earth and personally Meets guest Thank you a lot for lovely memories

We arrived on the 2nd of May and received a warm welcome ***** with a warm cup of Kahwa. The rooms are great, well maintained and spotless. The support staff - Arif was always there to help us with anything we needed. At the reception, Ruh-allah and Yasmina at the reception were also very forthcoming and helpful at every juncture. The food at the restaurant was good - some cuisines - south indian and Punjabi for example, could improve a little, but everything else, including vegetarian and non vegetarian food was excellent. Safiya, who was present at the restaurant was extremely hospitable and checked in on us from time to time. Kudos to the entire team, for the way they made us feel.

One of the best hotels in Srinagar! I went on my first trip to Kashmir with my mother and the hotel staff is extremely kind, polite and takes care of you like you are family members. I specially enjoyed the food here, it was delicious and the house-keeping staff which was always available for my mother who needed wheelchair support. A special word for Mr Sheikh Talat, he takes extremely good care of his guests, and the house-keeping guys who are efficient and very professional. Would strongly recommend the hotel for a stay in Srinagar, it is closer to the airport and my mother and I enjoyed our stay here.
