Koh Ker Hotel & Restaurant

The hotel is newly built and you will have a spacious bungalow in the middle of a lovely flower garden in the countryside. The new air conditioning is completely quiet and efficient, a welcome addition. It's very quiet and the pool is perfect, with a jacuzzi, to unwind after the climbing of temples and walking through the Khmer heritage prasats. The very friendly owners, Renée and Michel, will welcome you and organise the trips with their chauffeur. The food is all freshly made by the cook Darat, it's delicious and offers you a large selection of dishes. This is a hidden gem, where you can even play pétanque and relax totally during your Cambodia tour.

A warm thanks to Michel and his spouse as well as to the hotel staff for the place that offers comfort needed whether it is in nicely spaced bungalows, the pool or the restaurant. The dinner was excellent and the quality of the traditional meals was simply great . We are wishing to Michel and his spouse lots of well deserved success in this lovely hotel adventure and warmly recommend the place to future travelers.

MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE Nous sommes arrivé à l'hôtel koh ker temple que j'avais reserver une chambre Quadruple 4 adultes sur le plate-forme avec le guide et le chauffeur. L'aubergiste (Gérer par un couple Français) nous a donné la chambre pour 4 pas de soucis avec copie passeport. Au bout d une heure l aubergiste Français est revenu en nous disant qu il voulait pas de notre chauffeur et notre guide dans notre chambre qu il voulait les sortir de la chambre. J'ai refusé que le chauffeur et guide quitte alors qu on paye la chambre pour 4 et je considère que nous sommes clients qu on soit Français Cambodgien ou autre origines... Sachant que le Guide est resté dans la chambre se reposer et nous avec le chauffeur de la piscine et il y avait un autre couple à côté de nous sans déranger personne... L'aubergiste nous a donc demandé de quitter l établissement. Il n'a pas de responsable valable et c'est une honte de nous avoir dit de partir et sa femme une vraie peste raciste hautaine elle voit les Cambodgiens comme des esclaves et elle n a pas supporter de voir le chauffeur dans sa piscine j etais outré c'est un hôtel qui n à rien à faire sur les sites d hotelier une HONTE !! MAUVAISE PUB pour cette KOH KER TEMPLE GARDEN HOTEL Je leur ai dit qu"ils ont rien a faire sur le Cambodge et qu ils rentrent chez eux en France !!!

We stayed there one night to do an early sunrise to Koh Ker. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a little pool for quick dip. Do not miss out on the restaurant! There are few around so we decided to go for the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. So no need to venture out into the country side. It does not get better. Overall a very nice stay!

Beautiful place, nice and clean, spacious rooms. Pool is wonderful, staff very friendly and helpful and the food is amazing. Highly recommend for a trip to Koh Ker and/or Preah Vihear, I wish we would have stayed longer!
