호텔 밴디보트(Hotel Vandivort)

We love staying at the Vandivort when we’re in Springfield, but last time we came it was summertime so I didn’t know you have to call the front desk to adjust your temperature in your room. I was perturbed and the first night was super cold as it was 20 something degrees outside. Only negative I have about the hotel but it is a Super negative

The staff were amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Curtis the valet was phenomenal. He was very prompt and held a conversation very well. The hotel and the staff were very quick to fix any issues that arose and all staff seemed like they knew how to deal with even the most random situations. The restaurant was absolutely stunning. The a**osphere was gorgeous and the food was easily the best thing I've ever eaten. The staff at the restaurant are also great. I mean I dropped my knife and before I could lean down to even pick it up someone had already appeared with a brand new clean one. We will definitely make the Hotel Vandivort a part of our yearly vacations hopefully for many years to come!

The facility and grounds were incredible. The employees were exceptionally caring and helpful. However, the room we were upgraded in to for free felt a bit average. The cleanliness of the room was average and amenities were the same. Some light fixtures didn’t work or were broken and tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Overall I would highly recommend it to others as it’s still the nicest place to stay in Springfield and the staff makes up for any shortcomings the room might have had.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The decor and a**osphere with a elegant antique industrial vibe was on point and well executed. Room and facilities were perfect

This is a beautiful boutique property. They have missed the mark however on one of the most important aspects of a hotel—comfort! This was likely one of the worst hotel beds I’ve ever tried to sleep in. If you desire a bed as hard as a rock—then this is your place. All the little extra amenities lose their shine when one cannot get a decent night’s sleep. Invest in some quality mattresses and you’ll have a 5-star rating.

Fantastic hotel! The room smelled so clean freshly mopped floor! I loved that it didn’t have carpet. The rooftop bar staff was highly entertaining and made our night super fun. It was in a great downtown area and just a short walk to a fantastic steak house (Flame). Lots around to do!

The staff was so pleasant and accomodating! Other than the room was a bit dusty and would love a bidet we enjoyed our stay

They were so accommodating I appreciate everything they did for me and my husband. The general manager was wonderful to work with, and I will always stay there when I go to Springfield!

Hotel Vandivort is a beautiful hotel in downtown Springfield! Pros : room very nice and comfortable, beautiful lobby, nice bar, staff friendly Cons: food is average and expensive, service is slow, light switches in rooms are complicated and hard to read( need my readers) cream in room for coffee is old.
