We where to Crater Lake

I was satisfied. Located along the road, but not much noisy. Food was ok, too.

No one was around when I tried to check out. Had to leave the keys on the front desk counter when I left.

Lots of ants in our room, had to change rooms at like twelve at night. There probably 60 or 70 ants near the bathroom

3 of the four staff were friendly. The other night clerk yelled at my girlfriend, after she startled him, he was laying on the couch, on his phone, when she tried to get into the office for coffee. I would bet he wouldn't have yelled at me, we won't be going back. Room was in poor shape. The Hayward inn, just down the street is much nicer, and has excellent breakfast, not much more money.

It was fairly conveniently located, cheaper than surrounding options and it was safe enough, but that’s about where the good things end. The walls were thin and people in rooms surrounding me played club music almost 24/7, the floors were sticky, the shower screeched like a kettle, the connected bathroom light/fan pumped cigarette smoke into the room, the toilet barely flushed, the keycard barely worked and when I checked in with the front desk after it stopped working completely, the attendant was condescending and couldn’t be bothered. The bagels at breakfast were almost shockingly good given everything else, but there’s pretty much no way I would ever stay here again. This is not a hotel/suites, it’s a motel, and they are very lucky surrounding hotels are so expensive.

We really appreciated the staff and the cleanliness of the room. It was in a nice location and for a great deal.

Horrible in that this hotel refuses to move any dates for any reason. Inhospitable you might say. On a previous stay (I thought I'd give them one more try), on a previous stay the person at the front desk told me they would tow my car if I parked there for 30 minutes before check in time. Yes, 30 minutes. And their lot was empty. So, my advice, never stay here. Never ever stay here. Decently priced and a great location. Absolutely never worth it. Pay a few dollars more and stay where they don't treat you like dirt.

It was another last minute trip, nice staff. Friendly and we were able to check out at noon. Thank you
