空調垃圾，服務員幫我休半天一回好一會兒停 ，還告訴你空調停了，就猛捶衞生間背後連接空調的天花板 ，這什麼鬼?就是不給你換個房間，地板也不太乾淨。

On arrival the bar and restaurant are not working. As we entered our room 1210 there is an awful musty smell which I cannot fathom where it was coming from. We opened the doors to the balcony and sprayed some deodorant around to freshen up the room. There was cracked tiles in the bathroom and kitchenette and stains on the bed base and dust coating the top of the air con unit that even I could see at 5 ft tall. Really disappointed, we stayed here years ago and it was lovely, it’s far from it now.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in.😤🤮 Stay away from this place. Absolutely disgusting. Mould in the bathroom and on the curtains, filthy bathroom, disgusting dirty bed sheets covered with stains and hair. Light switches not working. Aircon remote not working. soap.

Room was dirty, no hot water, bugs in room, aircon remote broken, extra money charged to credit card for unknown reason & not refunded, parking not as advertised, stains & sticky residue (human?) on walls, mould and stains in bathroom, dirty blankets

Filthy bathroom with black mould, old hair in sink drain. Stench was woeful. Loud air con which sounded like a rotary washing machine. Fire alarm stuck to roof with plastic bag and sticky tape. No soap or shampoo. One lift out, the other faulty. A disgrace.

Don’t be fooled by the luxurious foyer/reception. This place is run down, outdated & lacks the modern amenities that the tariff would suggest. The apartment door would not lock without physically lifting the door, air con & remote was broken, the double bed was two singles pushed together with springs protruding into our backs, the couch looked like it was straight from an op shop, the kitchenette was clean but old & outdated. The car park will only fit small cars & looks like part of a shanty town (see photo’s), we were parked in a muddy construction block down the road (this is where they park larger vehicles).

We paid just shy of $500 for one night. The lady on reception was abrupt rude and did not apologise for the broken amenities. The air-conditioner wouldn't heat, the advertised movie channels were not available and the fridge didn't work.

Room floor had not been vacuumed on arrival or even the 2nd day. Ants were crawling everywhere in bedroom and bathroom. Ants were coming from cracks in the gypsum wall that were covered with furniture TV was inoperable, they didnt have the right remote so it had to be disconnected from power point, and was stuck on 1 channel with no volume. Cheap towels with fluff constantly falling off when being used. Bed was not done or scheduled until I called reception late evening. No serious concern from reception manager when all this was conveyed.

We arrived late so didn't have a chance to see the filth behind the couch which we discovered the following morning. It included 6 fingernails, food scraps, hair,a comb, ash, ear phones and a used diabetes tab. We were booked in for 2 nights but only stayed for one. Asked for a refund and were refused. Are taking our complaint further. Most disgusting room I've ever seen!
