올로프 리조트(Orloff Resort)

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and they were very accommodating. We’ve been to many hotels in Europe and the manager here, Demetrius, is the best we’ve ever dealt with. Really nice guy. Took care of our transportation two and from the ferry wharf too. Can’t say enough good things about the Orloff resort. It’s in a good location and has excellent facilities. Highly recommend staying there.

This is a wonderful hotel. We came for a family wedding so we were about 20 people. The hotel could not do enough to accommodate us, all the staff are incredibly attentive, the manager is always on hand and knows everyone. The restaurant staff remember what you like to drink for breakfast after the first day, the housekeeping staff are absolutely delightful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is excellent but what really makes the difference are the staff. We had a memorable wedding and the hotel contributed to making it perfect. Very freindly staff, clean room. Walkable distance to old and new harbour. Staff explained detailed all Spetses activies with a map. Breakfast was acceptable. Room was well prepared before our check in. I really recommend Orloff for all type of accommodation with familly, freind or solo.

We have spent 3 nights at Orloff with our family. 1st comment is that the location is not good at all: on a very busy street with a lot of traffic (many scooters, quads with constant pass away), so very dangerous for kids and super noisy all night long. You cannot rest at the pool during the day not sleep at night until late. A little far away from the old port and super far way from 2nd the new port (where most activity is as well as departures for all beaches with taxi boats) so you need to come back either by feet or by coach (12€ per way for 5mn drive). 2nd comment: standard and deluxe rooms are very « average » with minimal decoration and not luxuous services at all, and in any case not at the level of a 4 star hotel. So very disappointing when you arrive in your room after a positive impression upon arrival (thanks to the pool…). Very bad soundproofing (you cann hear every noise and talk from the next room) between rooms. Staff is nice. Overall, quite mitigated and disappointing experience despite previous good reviews. I would not recommend it.

Great hotel with very friendly staff with walking distance to the old and new port

This resort was perfect for my family. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and very proffesional. The rooms were very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone staying in spetses.

Stayed in a Maisonette, beyond harming. Beautiful and stylish interiors with comfortable beds and lots of space. Airy, light, gorgeous accommodation. Hotel is small and utterly charming with excellent breakfast and good snacks and lunch on offer all day. Pool is wonderful. Whole place is super relaxed and effortlessly stylish and cool. Staff are WONDERFUL and could not do enough to help. Above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel 100% and go back there in a heartbeat.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights at the end of May. The hotel was largely empty before the season started in earnest, but nonetheless service was excellent, all the staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. We were on the top floor and had a lovely view over the sea from a small balcony. The room was clean, pleasantly furnished with excellent air conditioning (!) and quiet. There was a small fridge (water provided daily) and TV of course. Bathroom was a little narrow but not cramped. Toiletries were super. Housekeeping did all that they needed to do. Wifi was acceptable. Breakfast was a little narrow in choice but excellent in quality and quantity. We felt certain that had we wanted anything special it would have been provided. Breakfast is taken on a terrace beside the pool. There is little indoor seating. Nice pool area albeit a small pool. Excellent laundry service. There is no restaurant or bar on site and the facilities owned by the hotel in the town are quite a walk and not cheap. There are however a number of restaurants on the sea-front ranging from traditional tavernas to good quality Italian. We elected to walk to the sea-front which is downhill going and therefore uphill coming back. We used a shorter route past the church rather than the long route into the town. We believe that disabled guests would be well looked after but the island itself presents a challenge - it is hilly. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous staff who were hospitable throughout and made us feel welcomed, comfortable and looked after. Breakfast was particularly delightful. Thanks to all the front of house staff who were a pleasure to speak to
