Overall great location. Nice people and food was okay.

I will start out saying my husband and I ended up having nice vacation. Checking in, I had requested a studio at the bottom level, first floor detailed in my reservation, showed it to the lady at the counter, and manager. I was put Hillside on a second floor. I was asked to wait so they could move me to a first floor and told not to worry all I had to do was call for a cart to bring me down the hill. At 9am we called for a ride down the hill (I expected a 20 to 30 minute wait) called 10 11 & 11:45 I called and requested pickup for checkout we had packed to leave, a 3 hour wait is too much. At noon the cart arrived took us to the lobby. This manager told me ALL studio rooms book into the Hillside, at 3:30 we were rechecked into a bottom floor, nice room, very comfortable. Noteworthy The workers and food at the Margaritaville coffee shop was amazing, these women made us feel welcome and to note they have perfect breakfast and delicious coffee. They really made our trip enjoyable. The women at the pool towel hut were also fun friendly and amazing. We have eaten at several Margaritaville restaurants, this location being the just okay waitstaff were very friendly. The Nacho’s with the pulled pork were awesome. BEST Snorkel Cat catamaran sunset cruise was a great experience; Captain Danny Boy and his crew Sean and Matt were amazing. The food served was delicious and Painkiller drinks were very yummy! This made our last night so much fun and this whole trip worth it.

Staff In restaurants are beyond rude. People handing out new towels beyond rude. Let’s Do better friends. U pay all this money and staff at a resort are just rude and don’t want to be bothered. People driving golf carts were very nice. You have one restaurant and a coffee shop that is over priced. Limited times of transportation off the resort. Nothing much for kids to do. Beach is very small. No hot tub. Random people … locals walking onto the beach asking for money and cigarettes.

The property was beautiful and felt safe but I didn’t think the food was good enough to be so expensive. Very overpriced in my opinion. Aside from that, I enjoyed the stay very much and loved that our building was right by the pool.

We enjoyed our stay! Was great to be at the pools but have that option to walk to a beach! Loved the lizards, chickens, and cats! Got a condo and made most of our meals there but ate breakfast at the main restaurant! It was yummy! A few of us used the fitness room! Had to work off a few happy hour calories!! We made some great memories and would come back again!

We had a lovely time. Our room was, practical, comfortable and clean. The staff are amazing. Love being able to walk to Coki beach in 7 minutes. Looking forward to our next visit!

Nice property. Loved the hillside pool and view. Lots of stairs if you want the exercise but they also have cart service to the rooms. Could use more convenient parking for hillside guests. Overall very pleased.

Our stay at Margarhitaville was amazing!! The staff were all so sweet, welcoming and extremely helpful - they were all quick to respond when we called for a shuttle or needed extra toiletries delivered to the room. The place is MASSIVE. That being said though everything is still rather walkable. There’s a small coffee shop with some breakfast options onsite, as well as a restaurant with lots of great food and drink options. There’s two pools, one on the hilltop with a swim up bar, and a small private beach. You’d park your car (if you rented one) in the lot by the front office, and they drive you up with your luggage to your building. Calling a shuttle back is also easy. Keep in mind though that if you call them you may still wait about 10-20 min for them to arrive, which is NOT a bad thing - please remember that they have TONS of buildings and guests to take care of as well. The employees all have great attitudes, work hard and do their best, so again please keep that in mind. The location is also walking distance to Coki beach, which I highly recommend visiting earlier in the day since it can get very crowded. Kelly Taxi have cabs stationed by the front office too so calling a taxi is super easy and convenient, and if you have any trouble the front staff are happy to help you out as well. Overall fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again next time we visit!!

The rooms were so pretty and clean and the staff were very nice and professional. I loved my stay. I just wish it was better dining option but other then that everything was so good and beautiful
