房間有點舊，衞生情況一般，提前預訂所以入住比較方便，位置上離開主街和學生公寓很近，晚上酒店有停車位不收費，酒店有早餐，我們一早趕航班沒有用，不作評論。

房間、衞生間大，吹風機、電熱水壺等設施齊全，入住的客房有一張大床和一張單人床，窗户能打開，空調、wifi好，房間非常舒適。離市中心步行5分鐘、火車站步行15分鐘，緊鄰東花園。

房間很乾凈，前台人員很熱情，與人溝通時笑臉相迎，耐心解答問題，房間不算很大，10平方米左右，內配有電熱水壺，捲筒紙也是有的，還有咖啡及糖等。總之入住還是非常滿意。

The area is extremely grim and deprived, so not a good start. Even as a man I did not feel particularly happy walking to the high street for supper. On checkin the auto checkin failed so needed help manually and then keys failed twice. The man was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are functional, comfortable bed although not so much the pillows, breakfast was excellent. The biggest issue was that the sound proofing everywhere is non-existent so I was woken multiple times from noisy neighbours. Not acceptable and based on the above definitely would not recommend staying here.

Very reasonable price. Great view although not a pretty part of southampton. Very pretty and very charming Persian hotel manger worth the visit alone. Restaurant good and breakfast with good ambience not often the case eg one fancy hotel on a golf course had appalling chairs, tables and decor with uncharming staff. Very helpful and happy staff. Room ok and mattress top notch.

The duty manager names Sara was a very polite and kind person and very helpful, and in future I will be staying at the hotel, because she made us feel comfortable.Also, the hotel is very nice and clean, and the staff are very polite and helpful.

Stayed in Feb the night before a cruise restaurant was shut but knew this from the email i got after booking. dident see 1 staff member in whole stay booked in on a rather confusing self check in screen, carpark absolutely tiny and not sineposted from main road satnav had difficulty finding the place. lift from ground to 1st floor locked after a certain time of night had to go up the stairs when carrying the takeaway that we got delivered beds have been changed and aren't as comfy as there old supplier heating/air con broken in room but oilfilled radiator was plugged in overall was an average stay had better but also had alot worse
