폴른 트리 팜 베드 & 브렉퍼스트(Fallen Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast)

A wonderful place to stay that is filled with history and unique charm. Comfortable accommodations, quiet, and a delicious breakfast. The property is set off the road quite a bit and the gardens and landscape offer a serene outdoor environment. Woke up each morning to the birds chirping.

It’s difficult to find NICE pet-friendly places, but Broken Tree Farm is as good as it gets: a charming old house with nicely decorated period rooms, modern conveniences (nice bathroom, lots of plugs, wi-fi, TV, A/C), delicious full breakfast, and a host who couldn’t have been more welcoming to us and to our dog. If you want to step back in time for just a little more $ than the chain hotels, this is your place. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and it’s just a couple of miles from 81 and downtown Carlisle. In short, it’s a perfect overnight place to break up a long road trip, in our case Boston to Durham, NC. We will be back!

We had a great stay here! We stayed because we were visiting Gettysburg, which is only about a 30min drive. The B&B is very cozy and charming. The homemade breakfast was the highlight! We really appreciated the history of the home and it felt a bit like a step back in time. We will return!

We stayed for a long weekend and loved it! Highly recommend Kim's B&B to anyone looking to be close (about 30 mins) to Roundtop. Our room had a spacious and comfortable king-size bed with a gas fireplace that made the room feel extra cozy. Kim prepared delicious, multiple-course, home-made breakfasts each morning and we ate in a sunbathed dining room with views of a pretty fountain and the B&B's lovely grounds. We're already planning a return trip!

My husband and I stayed one night at this lovely bed and breakfast and are anxious to go back again but stay longer! The room was so cozy, the food was delicious and filling, the hostess Kim was so sweet, and the history of the home was neat.

Our stay was great. I added the birthday package to our stay and they had a cake and flowers waiting for us on arrival. My wife was so surprised. The room was very cozy and comfortable. They still had some lights and decorations up, inside and outside, which gave it a great holiday feel, even though it January 5th. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was wonderful. We're looking for something else to do in the area just so we can stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

All in all we've loved both of our stays at Fallen Tree B&B. The building is old, which makes it really cool. This recent trip we had the Mare's Quarters, which is a two bedroom suite at the top of the stairs. One of the beds is built into an alcove such that the top, bottom and one side of the bed are against walls. If you like cozy, or if you are bringing a child who likes the fantasy of a "bed fort", this is your place! Has a Sterno fireplace beneath the TV, opposite the sofa in the sitting area. And of sourse, includes its own bath.

Beautiful property and we were lucky enough to arrive just as they finished decorating for Christmas! Our room was on the first floor and was the perfect size for my daughter and me. We had the fireplace on most of the night because it was so cozy! There is a coffee and tea bar available 24/7 as well as a snack basket! We did notice the wine glasses we got from the kitchen were rather dusty and dirty but we cleaned them in our room. If you have any dietary restrictions let them know. The breakfast was good according to my daughter but I was unable to eat as I am allergic to onions and they served quiche Lorraine that morning. It was my fault as I didn’t think to say anything beforehand! We took an Uber into Carlisle (we were having drinks most of the day lol) and had a delicious dinner. Definitely recommend this as a relaxing and quiet getaway! Thanx Kim!

We stayed over Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. Kim is a great host, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast, all in a charming historic building. You're in the country side but only a few minute drive to Carlisle.
