On the lower floor is the 4th bedroom. Actually it is a studio with a kitchenette and full bath. The studio has its own entrance. It is included in the rental of the house. The Studio is below the main house with private entrance. Other things to note The 4th bedroom is the Cowboy Studio. It has its own entrance from outside. Good for teenagers or late nighters.
