The best value for money hotel in the area as far as I know . It was right next to the beach and even though our room didn't have a sea view, we could still see the beach and hear the waves. The room was very big with all the amenities, air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast didn't have much variety but it was tasty and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not clean, in five days stay they never cleaned the room or bathroom. Towels smelled bad. Bed sheets didn’t even fit the mattress! Bathroom was so small and poorly made every time you take a shower the whole place gets flooded until it dries up from the heat the next day. Bathroom window not closing properly letting all kinds of flies/cockroaches enter the room. Mechanism on main room doors not properly adjusted resulting to loud noise from slamming since early morning till late evening. Breakfast was really poor with so few options it just felt so basic. Staff was always friendly with a smile but the whole experience was awful. This is certainly not a boutique hotel like they want to call themselves. There are no spa options either, apart from a tiny tiny jacuzzi on the top floor. Truly not suggested.

The room with a sea view is comfortable and pleasant. It is very nice to wake up in the morning to the view of the sea. The shower is very small, but the service of the staff makes up for everything. Excellent breakfast

It's nice cozy place, family kept, but.... It's not spotless clean, and willingness of staff to fix the issues doesn't improve the first hand opinion . Breakfast is nice , parking options are good too. We had room improvement, complimentary vine, thks for that, and I hope as soon as season will start it might all improve. But on the moment most appraisal points are advanced.

I was charged 90 Eur for second night (1st June) for a hard bed, small toilete, no room service (our room was not cleaned neither the bed done), pathetic breakfast (the choice was 2 oreo biscuits, pice of cake, bread and mermalate), nothing to do with the advertisement, I asked for a receipt and I had difficulties in having it (only after insisting they sent the receipt by email next day). Do not believe the description, the money is not worth. Go to a rent room in Pyros and it will be more honest, Paraskevas is not a proper hotel and sure it is not a Boutique & Spa (by the way no elevator).

Nice clean, modern hotel overlooking the seafront with a private area on the beach plus sun beds and shades. Lovely staff who are extremely helpful and kind. However, bathroom was too small and badly designed for comfort or practical use and breakfast was of a low quality.

Service was excellent. They went an extra mile to make us comfortable! Was very impressed with the breakfast on the rooftop.
