Nice and clean .

Good size room, comfy bed. Pleasant garden and walkways

Was refused checkin until after 2pm Bathroom was for disabled people and not to the standard for a business traveller. When i was eventually allowed to check in after 5pm. I asked for a 6.30am taxi booking. ( Not dine or confirmed with taxi company) The checkin staff said breakfast was open 6am At 6am i asked for eggs on toast in the dining room only to be yelled at by the chef breakfast is not open until 7am. Checkout desk opened at 7.00am. After my check in time for my forward travel. Very dissapointed with the room, service and attitude of the staff. Well below standard. Will not stay at this hotel again. The hotel took a $100.00 advance from my credit card. I had a room service bill less than $40 as yet no refund

Beautiful area

We had a lovely big airy room with nice decor and a comfy king size bed. Everything was nice and clean although I think the toiletries should be brand new, not leftovers with barely anything in them from the previous guests. The massive spa bath was a highlight as it was the perfect size for 2 tall people! Our check in was delayed and because the receptionist was unable to get in contact with housekeeping to ensure our room was clean, he had to walk there himself to check. Obviously it wasn’t ready as we then had to wait another 10 minutes before we were finally able to check in. This wasn’t the receptionists fault, I think the hotel was short staffed.
