Fraser Place might easily be our family alternative residence. The open space and garden are well maintained. We really appreciate Fraser team’s extra effort to provide ramp for wheelchair easy access to outdoor area. Double thumbs up! There’s also wheelchair friendly toilet on ground flood. Many thanks to all helpful and friendly staffs at Fraser (from sales to operations) who have made our stay pleasant and stress free. Also, special shout-out to Jardino’s oxtail soup & good coffees (was it Illy coffee?).

Our family are thrilled. We had a pleasent stay, this hotel and service apartement are truly a gem, a true oasis in the middle of Jakarta

Nice place, near the restaurants, supermarket, comfort for stay long here, the interior artsy which I like, clean and I love the shower gel, shampoo and the conditioner, the service very good, fast as I need. All is great and I wanna stay in here again sometime

We enjoy the hospitality and the room very much. The food was great, the room was clean and comfortable. We will surely go back again in case we have another holiday for staycation. Location very strategic between Kuningan and Sudirman. But not very crowded

Wonderful stay, im staying 1 night in one bedroom, the location is very near with mall and if you looking street food neither. The cleanliness was very good and room is huge. I woul appreciate my special thanks to mbak veren that already arrange my wonderful stay.

We stayed in the one bedroom deluxe. The room was nice and cozy. Two things I didn’t like. Speakers didn’t work because they upgraded the TV. I couldn’t open the windows. No fresh air. Otherwise it was good! I do recommend this place. Order now.

The room was great. Spacious and clean rooms with netflix and big bathrooms. The staff was lovely and very helpful and the pool area wirh playground was great for our kids. We are happy with our stay and will come back next time.

The room was perfect, all the tools for coooking was complete. And its was family friendly. We hope we can travel bavk to jakarta with family and stay in this place again. The location is so strategic.

Its a great deal to have your warm hospitality, and it bring us a joyful weekend. It make a good memories for my child specially, but please increase your breakfast menu, since your chef a great taste in it. Keep your good vibes

It has great things for long term space, it feels like a home. Staff are great. but issue is that there are problems with rooms and they do not resolve. Mosque noise interrupts sleep, smelly bathrooms. 2/5 bathrooms I have experienced smelt like sewer, terrible smell. Some had issues with ventilator. Also, breaktfast is not so great. I usually go to Setiabudi one for breakfast, which is a great option. I stay here because of the staff, space, washing machine and comfortable beds. Why I would not stay any longer? I can't trust that I will sleep (noise) and smell, from bathroom which is just terrible and unhealthy and sometimes smoke, not sure where the smoke smell was coming from, but it was terrible.
