Plus side, all staff are friendly and helpful we felt they worked hard to keep a sinking ship afloat the air conditioning worked, the hotel is very close to the ferry and a couple of good restaurants. The downside was that although the room was about ok, the bathroom was substandard , we were advised by staff to keep the shower running until the water got warm however because the shower tray leaked so badly the bathroom was flooded by the time the water was heated in addition it desperately needed a clean. Breakfast was also a sp**** affair a small omelet and toast the water on the table actually had a green algae in the bottle. The advertised pool bar was closed as was the restaurant as far as lunch and dinner were concerned.(probably just as well if it was up to the breakfast standard) All in all not the best experience sad because the hotel has potential to be much better. Don’t have a good chef, very limited menu, most items not available. Service not upto mark. Better resorts available in the area. Hotel rooms decent. Washrooms also decent. Food problem is there. Okayish experience considering the price charged

As a property it was a awesome property... Luxury rooms.... Staff was Very coperative, we had a great stay here enjoyed allot service was also good.... Overall it was a decent experience.... Neat and clean property...

1. Extremely Poor & Bad services 2. Stinking smell continuously leading to discomfort 3. Wild stench e***ating outside of the room 4. Poorly maintained and unclean toilets Very Bad & Unpleasant Experience Staff not very cooperative at all All family, couples are requested to avoid this Hotel for even a single night stay. All those who have booked should cancel and take up bookings in alternative arrangements/hotels. This Hotel is NOT worth even a single star rating.

Very helpful staff.neat and clean rooms.. good food. Well maintained... Nice cosy place... near to jetty... no name Cafe is just outside this resort where you get amazing fast food... u should try this..

Rooms are in bad condition especially washroom( stinky). Surroundings are also stinky that one will feel as if he is staying near some pot hole..so if you are looking for a good and peaceful stay then avoid it.. honest review Thanks

Quality of rooms is so poor, not well maintained at all - broken doors, spoiled flooring, no soundproofing between rooms , smelly neighbourhood. However, staff there are very friendly and courteous. Location is very convenient to Jetty (Ferry start point).
