被子舊，起球。 浴室不乾淨，整體來説房間裏很舊。 外面環境很好。

Really enjoyed the hotel, beautiful castle type building, lovely big gardens, food is tasty and helpful staff. Animation team always friendly and my kids had a great time. Big room which was a bonus.. Really lovely hotel and holiday we had.

The hotel is very bad 4stars i give only 0 the staff is very bad cleaners are so bad ,food cold not taste,no snack ,the animator all good the sea nice and beatifull not recommend . In the 10 days I was there, I counted about 10 cockroaches in the toilet and the room. And cockroaches can be found everywhere near the lift and ground floor!!! I will never go back !!!

Had the most amazing holiday & would 100% do it all over again. Staff members were extremely helpful, and more than willing to help with absolutely anything. I throughly enjoyed every meal, and felt very full, content, well rested and relaxed during our entire stay. The beach is stunning, and not even 2 minutes away from the hotel. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, the hotel is clean, and is a beautiful building with a lot of history. The indoor pool and sauna was absolutely great; we went every day, and really enjoyed seeing “Sami”, who was extremely helpful and kind. My partner and I both received the most relaxing massages from the wonderful masseuse, who made us feel very comfortable. There is a gentleman who runs events for tourists, who even approached us as he knew when we arrived, and we went for a camel ride the very next day, at a very good price. Everything went exactly as planned and the gentleman was extremely reliable, arriving not even 1 minute after we had finished our ride to pick us up. And of course, our camel ride was an absolutely amazing experience was was so worth it! It was my first time ever in Tunisia and I was definitely not disappointed, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would especially like to thank the animation team for making us feel so welcome, helping us with everything we needed to know, answering all our silly questions with a smile, and making us feel genuinely welcome and encouraged us to make the most of our stay. Expect A LOT of fun from “Gigi and Kuda”, but do not expect to beat them at any board games you play with them 😂😂 we made friends for life on this holiday and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from a week long holiday. THANK YOU!!

This place is awesome. All the staff is so kind and more than helpfull, the beach is excellent with enough of beds and umbrellas, the food is really good and i hardly have the need to go out to the city. The hotel also offers excursions for good prices, the staff is taking good care of the children, they perform kids parties and also make parties for the grownups. All you need to do his is to relax. I'm staying here for 1 more week and will definitely return in October.

Hotel needs updating badly, No air con in rooms just fans that blow warm air, we ended up opening the fridge doors to try and cool down. sockets pull out of the walls, the red carpet in hallways very dirty. Bar staff quite rude with one guy who sit on a stool at the beach bar watching the bar staff and what measures they give (Quite intimidating) Food wasn’t for us (Kids selection terrible a chicken nugget wouldn’t go a miss here. The one thing i couldn’t understand is the hotel didn’t have or even in the shop sell ice lollies for kids, There was ice cream 2 nights for dinner, but again this was limited with the same guy from the beach bar watching over the measure of ice creams. Pool area and beach is quite nice. Animation team try their best and work hard to get kids involved.

The hotel was decent. AC was not working in any of the rooms, the lock was impossible to unlock. My money also got stole which apparently was getting ‘investigated’. Nevertheless, the staff and animation team were very helpful and kind. The food was also good with a good variety.

I had an exceptional stay! thanks to its prime location, friendly and professional staff, and seamless check-in process. We had a room with a breathtaking city view. The dining options were diverse and delicious, with excellent service. The hotel’s facilities, including bars, pools with slides and spa, were impressive. The standout feature was the attentive and courteous staff and the animation group who ensured a memorable stay. I highly recommend El ksar and look forward to returning.

We have had a great time so far at El Ksar, we love the beach and spending time in the pool, we always have lots to choose from to eat in the buffet restaurant and we are comfortable in the rooms. Animation team are great fun too 😍 always keeping us entertained with the activities and shows they put on every single day!
