세르살레 스위트(Sersale Suites)

I liked that it was so close to the center of Sorrento with all the shops and restaurants so close by. The terrace was the best part of the property.

Great property and the breakfast was very good. The ladies who worked the breakfast in the morning were excellent. Anna was great to deal with.

The owner of the suites is a kind and generous man. He made our stay as comfortable as possible and made sure we had everything we needed.

We rented the Capri suite and it was lovely - nice terrace to enjoy the view. The room was very big, very comfortable firm bed (better than my mattress at home) large bathroom and shower. Lucia was very welcoming with the overview of the place and Maria was so friendly and provided breakfast every morning. We loved our time in Sorrento and really enjoyed the Sersale Suites, we would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was very nice and in an excellent location; however it was a bit overpriced for Wgat it was. It’s not really a hotel… more of an air b&b with rooms rented out. It ended up being an apt broken into rooms with a small center k dining area. I had tried to cancel 1 night due to an error and the owner refused… and it was more than a month before my trip. I thought that was greedy. He also charged me the tax for the day we weren’t there! They don’t offer you water in your room after the first day… I was told where the grocery store was. The day I got there, I asked the girl for water as we had travelled in a hot train for hours and she was giving us the “rules”…. and she said I’d have a bottle in my room… and kept talking. After I told her I really needed some water, she got a standard bottle and split it between 3 of us!!! Seriously! A $.25 bottle of water and she couldn’t give us each one? Again… a bit greedy when paying $400/night. The elevator definitely needs updated… it was very scary and the halls are black at night… you’d have to know where the light was; and we weren’t told. The pics on the internet are a bit deceiving… only 1 room has access to the patio… view is poor. We were told not to lose the key at night because it would be hard to get another… no one is on property??? Had to go thru “what’s app”. It was just not a great experience as we had in the other hotels.

Our room had a terrace with the awesome views. Housekeeping was great. The room was very clean.

Very much enjoyed our stay, although it was only one night! Maria prepared a beautiful breakfast and brought to our balcony the morning before we checked out the property. Highly recommended the place!

Our stay was magical! The area is beautiful fri explore and close to Capri for a day trip. In the morning we lived the beautifully decorated kitchen and the lovely delish food Maria prepared for us. We could walk to shops and dining and the beach quickly. At night we can back to our beautifully decorated room and it was so nice and clean. We had a lovely balcony to sit out on as well. We will be back with the whole family soon♥️♥️♥️
