We stayed in this hotel on a 3day trip to Sorrento! It is a fantastic hotel. Very clean, lovely comfy beds and a nice little buffet breakfast!! The staff were great. They would do anything to help us when we asked. They booked trips for us, restaurants for us, phoned and checked the boats were going to Capri before we went down as it had been raining. Very good stay - would def recommend and would 100% go back.

Nice simple hotel with great gym. Rooms were well sized and clean, nothing super modern but nice enough. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple and tasty, very pleased. A well appointed gym attached with the hotel was a big bonus - helped keep the fitness up in between the pizzas! The location was good, not massively central but Sorrento is so small it doesn’t take long to walk anywhere. Station was close by too for getting to Naples/Pompei.

nice hotel located a short walk from the centre of town. The staff were great. Pool area was nice. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room or it would have been marked as excellent. No draw space but plenty of hanging space. We were offered a free glass of prosseco as a welcome, it was less than half a glass and served by a young lady who blatantly didn't want to be there. Overall a great location and a good stay

Very good hotel in a very good location. Well-maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff, family atmosphere. Very good breakfasts and very tasty dinners. The terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view adds to the charm.

The hotel staff are amazing and helpful. They will help in whatever way possible. And I mean all of them. Thank you for an amazing stay and making us feel comfortable

We stayed here during our stay in Sorrento as part of our honeymoon and we are so glad that we chose this hotel. On arrival, the staff had laid out decorations to our room as we had let them know in advance the reason for our visit. We were also given a voucher for a welcome drink on arrival and were greeted by warm and friendly staff. The staffs were so friendly and helpful and were quick to assist us where necessary, this was right from the front desk, to the breakfast room to the cleaners. We had a lovely balcony at the front of the hotel which meant that we had a great view of the main road and made use of this during evenings. The hotel also offers access to a pool and bar area which serves lovely food! Such a relaxed and super atmosphere. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more and will definitely stay here again if we return to Sorrento. Thank you again!

Generally a good 5 night stay. Convenient location but have reservations about fire evacuation policy from 5th floor after a false alarm. Reported it to front desk and a potential big problem if they don’t action. 1a.m. Alarm went off rushed down nearest staircase as directed, past the kitchen ( most common place for fires to start) to reach ground floor, THE ESCAPE DOOR was locked!! We went down to the basement garage and the doors were locked. Eventually, we managed to reach the lobby when the door opened after the alarm stopped ringing. The night manager said nothing to worry about go back-so I spent the next few days trying to sleep worried about the hotel not worrying about my fire exit concerns. Otherwise, it was a good stay with wonderful helpful and very friendlystaff in a traditional style hotel. Breakfast was comfortable. Swimming pool was good and I believe the gym to be excellent but we never managed to use it (closed during siesta time). Location is walkable to train, ferries,buses and restaurants whilst not too noisy. The views from fifth floor rooms are great but the lift only goes to fourth and followed by two more flights of (service) stairs or a walk through the outside rooftop terrace with stunning views included.

The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk into town. The rooms are exactly what one should expect in Italy, smaller, clean, and efficient. There is a 5th floor rooftop, which we took advantage of each night for an evening glass of wine. The pool is large, there is ample chairs, a bar, and staff that is beyond accommodating. Speaking of the staff, from the breakfast in the morning, to the front desk, to the bartenders, to the cleaning staff - EVERY single person was friendly, interacted with you, and went above and beyond to help if you asked something or needed something. On my next trip to Sorrento, I will once again be staying at Hotel Central.
