This is in the best location with a retreat in a lovely apartment close to all you would want. Great to walk to every thing including the Port for trips to Capri and Almafi. The manager/owner Melania was so helpful. 5 star rating!

Our stay at Spasiano Sorrento was memorable, extremely comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent and Melania was a wonderful host who made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this accommodation in Sorrento.

Fantastic location and an even better hostess! Melania made us feel welcomed as soon as we met her. She was available for anything we needed during our stay. The room is literally 30 second walk from the main piazza in Sorrento. Our stay couldn’t have been any better!

Chose this B&B based on perfect location, newly renovated rooms. Room was quiet and dark at night despite balcony doors that were facing to crowded via Corso Italia… Breakfast at nearest Syrrentum, daily cleaning, changing towels and working AC...

What a great stay on our trip to Italy this year! Melanie was a wonderful hostess and help us at every point whenever we needed something-transport, amazing dining recommendations, water your recommendations. She was always there with a warm smile and great service. Her B&B was in a great central Location in Sorrento but it was a pretty large room that was nice and quiet in a bustling city!

A beautiful apartment in a great location in Sorrento. The room was spacious and clean, well decorated with a nice balcony area outside. Melania is an extremely helpful host with great communication on WhatsApp. Car parking was arranged by the hotel. A really great and comfortable stay.

I highly recommend Palazzo Spasiano for anyone who is ok with walking up stairs. (It requires walking up two not-too-big sets of steps.) Its location is perfect, on Corsa Italia just off the main Piazza Tasso. Our room, the Deluxe Suite, was beautifully renovated with cool, light furnishings, wonderfully good air conditioning and soundproofing, a perfect little balcony and a very thoughtfully stocked (free) minbar. From there, you are just steps away from restaurants, shops, markets, and the steps down to the port for any boat tours. Best of all is Melania, the owner, who is a truly warm and welcoming host. I wish I had packed our big suitcase differently before we arrived, to make it as light as possible, as she insisted on carrying it up the two flights of steps to our room, but she never hesitated. She also was very helpful with recommendations, including arranging our transfer to Amalfi (with a stop in Positano) with a wonderful and knowledgeable driver/guide. I understand that Melania also has a rental property in Positano - having seen the care that she has put into making her Sorrento rooms a welcome and comfortable retreat, I am quite sure that would also be a perfect choice. We recently stayed at this great B&B in Sorrento (5 days). Melania met us when we arrived and helped us with restaurants throughout the stay. Located 250 ft from the main square. You cannot get closer! Rooms are spacious. Everything worked well and rooms were cleaned daily. Everything in Sorrento is accessible by a short walk and this location puts you at the center of it all. Melania helped us arrange transportation from Naples as we didn't want to take the local train. But it is a short easy walk to get there if you use it. The harbor/ferry is easy to get to, we used the elevator ($1 euro) to skip the grueling staircase! There was another couple in the third room, but we never saw them or knew they were there. We would book again in a second! Melania is eager to help in any way and it is much appreciated!

We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Spasiano, tucked away off a busy street of Sorrento. The B&B is located near Piazza Tasso, the beach, ferries and SITA bus. We found the location very convenient to visit Positano and Capri for the day. Melania was a wonderful host, providing help with day trips and quick to answer a text. We enjoyed the daily cookies and cappuccino available inside the main hall as well as the complimentary drinks and snacks in our room. The junior suite was decorated nicely, and very clean and quiet with room darkening shades which were much appreciated. Thank you for having us!
