Maggie and William were always helpful, resourceful and kind.The place gives a beautiful view of the sea and located in a secured and beautiful estate.The rooms are modern,well decorated and neat.What a memorable experience to have stayed at Vrede.

We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed with this gem for a quick overnight stay. Checked in at 14:00 as with the free and fast WiFi were able to complete our work day there. And wow... it gave new meaning to an office with a view! Lots of little extras like Pantene shampoo and big box of milk in the fridge...

Perfect stay! Extremely comfortable with luxurious touches. Everything you need and extra for a getaway. Safe with wonderful views and surroundings. Would definitely recommend. Host is awesome and is available when needed.

What a pity we could only stay one night. This is a beautiful venue in a prime position with amazing views over towards the Strand and Gordons Bay. From early morning light to night time lights, it is the perfect location. It was a pleasure to meet with Maggie, a gracious host, who treated us to an upgrade and a special request. Your attention to detail and decor of the luxury suite is stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and have highly recommended you to family and friends.

Lovely studio apartment well equipped with everything you need. Situated in a secure estate, beautiful surroundings and safe to walk. The fynbos colors are lovely this time of the year. Secluded and quite.

An incredible, well thought out self catering luxury unit. It is also suited in a beautiful location nestled up on a hill with gorgeous wildlife and stunning 180 degree views overlooking Gordons Bay and Somerset West. Lovely hosts Moira and William, ready to assist at anytime. Highly recommend this Gem :-)

This is a beautiful peaceful apartment. Plenty of space for a couple and lovely terrace with good view. Very secure and owner/ manager very helpful. Ideal for trips out to wineries and beaches. Useful backup lights/ Wi-Fi in load shedding.

An outstanding B&B with the most amazing views & exceptionally clean. All the amenities were more than sufficient & very well equipped. Tastefully decorated, with all necessities required. The Host was very accommodating.
