Hotel très bien situé, avec un personnel très agréable dans l'ensemble. Petit souci de bestioles dans la chambre très vite réglé par la réceptionniste. Petit dejeuner délicieux ! (Et choix végétarien pour les concernés : photos). Attention tout de même à ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, le weekend le bar du rooftop est ouvert tard dans la nuit et la musique résonne beaucoup dans les chambres (ce qui ne m'a pas dérangé pour m'endormir car je ne suis pas sensible à ça).

Un peu déçue de cet hôtel qui colle pour beaucoup à des photos qui ne reflète pas la réalité avec des chambres vieillissantes et des équipements hors service comme le jaccuzi qui ne fonctionnait qu’à moitié et que nous avons du changer de chambre à 1h du matin car nous avons trouvé plusieurs cafards en rentrant de notre restaurant (apparemment habituel pour eux!)

Nice rooftop. A bit hot when there was no wind. Cozy in the pool. Room was big but they failed to clean it two of five days. Started leaking water from the ceiling. Staff was nice and breakfast was awesome 🤗

Do not stay here! My room was broken into by hotel staff, safe was opened nad my valuables stolen. There’s a camera in the hall in front of the door and hotel tells me it does not work. Beware of the people at check in , they are looking out for people With cash since they ask for a 1,000 peso deposit , if they see you have cash , they might break into the room. Not a safe hotel. Do not stay here

I had covid and tried very hard to contact this place myself and through a company and because they said I didn’t contact them on time ( I DID) they won’t credit me or refund me. So if your travelling during covid I highly don’t recommend. Very disorganized!!!!!

Hotel is nice and comfortable. The hot water stopped working the 2nd day. The hotel management said that they’ll issue a refund for that night. However, they went back on their words and didn’t give even a penny back. Terrible service

Great place to stay, near 5ta avenida and the beach, frienbly staff and excellent breakfast

If you are ok with arriving to no hot water & not being given the room you booked, staying here is for you. If you are ok with noise from the club until 4am, this is for you. They did move me rooms due to lack of hot water& shower had a missing door. pool is nice. Breakfast looked good- didn’t have any. Coffee- mediocre. Rooms-old. Staff- lady & older gentleman , kind.
