훌륭한 위치와 훌륭한 직원 그러나 호텔은 날짜가 있습니다. 레스토랑이 1개뿐인 작은 호텔이지만 좋은 음식과 서비스를 제공합니다. 1-2일만 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 더 이상 지치게 될 것입니다.

No fue de mi agrado definitivamente, la comida deja mucho que desear

Dirty place. Very seldom towels. When leaving they tried to charge me 30.00 for a towel that had spit of blood on it, from falling down slippery stairs. No water for a day. Could not flush toilets. Place stunk like sewage. Run away from this place.

First impression is everything when I walked in to the room the floor look like the tiles was just taking up. The sheets was dirty as well as the jet tub .. they only have 2 eating places and one close at 5 the other was just ok with what they were serving.. they switched me to a second room which was ok , but the sheets was still stained looking … seem like they just need to buy new sheets.. the staff was really cool met a lot of nice people .. while we were here. But this place is more for older people that wants quiet.. very dead at 11 pm no drinks after that time as well ..

I have traveled all over the world and offer an honest review. This hotel could be a magnificent place to stay if the owners would properly maintain the facilities. The pictures listed on the ******* site are totally far from reality. There were cockroaches all the time, behind the bathroom mirror, from holes on the bathroom tile etc. I notified front desk and they said they would take care of it and there was no change. The furniture inside the room was awful, the couches had stains and were worn out. All rooms are ocean view but they still charge more for ocean view. It is a small hotel which makes it nice without crowds. The food was great, and the service was very good from the staff. Jean Franco and Christian (front desk) were very attentive and fun to work with. They were the only reason I did not make a big deal out of all the discrepancies from the pictures and the facility. The rooms offer an in suite patio plunge pool, what they fail to state is that these plunge pools are only cold water pools, and to use it you need to request it from the front desk and they need to come out and fill it. The air conditioner was set to 70 the four days we were there and the room temp never reached that, it was always at 76-78 degrees F. Pool bar closes at 5pm and after that you need to go up and order drinks at the restaurant which closes at 10 pm. This was not convenient as we like to stay in the pool until 8 or so since it is all inclusive. Would never stay here again

The Roof in our room started leaking water the 2nd night there, instead of moving us to another room they patched it up & started leaking again the next day. We were told not to touch the thermostat. The couch in the room had stains on it & it was filthy. Only 2 towels to shower. The guest robes were stained with rust. The blow dryer only blew out cold air & they said all blow dryers only blow out cold. Rooms don’t have phones so you have to use what’s app to communicate. Not very responsive. The restaurant staff were great, kind & very attentive especially Fernando, Christian & Gordo. overall will not be staying there again.

Used to like this place a lot, staff doing their best to make us feel comfortable but unfortunately so many little accidents bother a little.

The staff was absolutely outstanding. The property itself is pretty well-maintained. However, the hot tubs were not working in the bathtub in our bedroom was not working. The food was absolutely incredible.

There were several inconveniences during our stay. Room key did not work first two days, air conditioning did not work in our room for several days, and tv and internet were out for several days. Staff were great. Location makes it inconvenient to go out and get things.
