Rude staff, Pathetic customer care, Arrogant manager. I faced it, and saw 2 more groups of guests facing same issues. I believe they are getting more than what they can keep in their plate. May be because of bookings the success went into their heads and they mistreat the guests. It's pathetic state of affairs, and I believe the owners are not taking interest in what's going on at ground level. Good wishes to them. If the same kind of arrogance and rude behaviour went on... sooner or later guets will stop going there. I wish it happens soon. Would never recommend this place to any travelers, be it solo, friends or family.

The best property I have stayed yet in HP. The very beautiful property which has given the beautiful view all around & comfortable stay & served the delicious buffet all the day. I recommend to others for the unmatched the experience. Very approachable from main road.

Such a nice property and peaceful & calm stay . Very beautiful view. Food is really amazing and the chef pankaj sharma makes delicious. High tea that they serve is included with smosas is amazing to be serve with the view . Will surely visit again.

We gathered at the resort for our 40th alumini celebrations of guru nanak engineering college Ludhiana. The stay was comfortable, staff was courteous , the surrounding atmosphere was excellent , service was prompt and the promises was clean

Our stay at the resort was nothing short of magical. The location is stunning,connectivity of road is excellent with a panoramic view of snow capped mountains and forest.Every detail of the resort is thoughtfully designed to blend luxury with nature.Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable.The service was top notch-friendly professional and genuinely caring and a special shout out to Manish the executive chef.The meals served were delicious with local ingredients.The spa treatment and children activity area was awesome.keeping the serene atmosphere in mind there is a beautiful temple in the resort as well.I will definitely recommend to anyone seeking peace,beauty and first class hospitality

The hotel is at Excellent location, in morning sun directly hitting the room with a smooth cold. Excellent food and we had been for Messer conference. Had excellent conference room. Overall excellent. To maintain the same quality in house keeping and gardening.

The room was good and all facilities are available at the top. Infact I have enjoyed the property also so my business trip had gone amazing ***** with the stay in this hotel. Moreover there is unique facility available according to kasauli weather that is cool and hot air conditioner so that I liked very much.

The property was wonderful, indeed it was better than expected, food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I would highly appreciate their effort to make our outing great. Highly recommended for large gatherings.
