Location is one minute walk from metro station. Property is clean, well maintained; room is small but comfortable. Made to order breakfast is very good. Note: there is no elevator; ask staff to help you with bags.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Over all I would probably stay again, room for improvement though just in terms of their systems. The woman that checked me in was fantastic, but other staff weren’t as good. I didn’t get my toilet paper refilled, and when I asked for more a different woman on reception didn’t know where they kept it. I ended up having to buy my own. A positive was the breakfast, but again I got conflicting information about what time breakfast was available. I also didn’t get my room cleaned all days except one because I was in the room when the cleaner came, and she wouldn’t clean while I was there even though I said it was okay to. So a few systems to be improved. However it was a nice stay otherwise.

The hotel is very charming and quiet while being in the heart of the city. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They had breakfast waiting for me at 4h45 am this morning as I had an early flight. The room was 2 levels. Air conditioning is a definite bonus!

A great hotel - just off the main road so nice and quiet. The rooms were great - comfy, clean, nice size. Bathroom was great too. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good and healthy. The location was far enough out of the centre to be quiet yet only a 10 minute walk to get there.

A very comfortable and central hotel for Sofia. It was my first time staying but it will not be my last and i really like the hotel. I had a spacious double room which was well decorated and the bathroom very modern and a powerful easy to use shower. I work allot and visit often and have tried many Airbnb’s which were the opposite of a stay here and as food and eating out probably the cheapest i know its better to visit the local cafes and restaurants

I had a very pleasant and rather lengthy stay at the Moon. From there you can walk easily to the most important churches and museums, nightlife is two blocks away and public transportation is right in front. The rooms are large and kept clean, mattresses are new and comfortable -having switched rooms I have experienced two of them- staff is friendly and cooperative, and breakfast is ordered the previous night by filling out a sheet. No complaints.

The hotel is an absolute gem, hidden in bustling Sofia. I've had a great experience overall with nothing to complain about. The building itself is really charismatic with its early 20th century architecture and marble interior. The staff was helpful and the service left nothing to be desired. The food and cocktails were nice and the rooms were clean and tidy. The thing that best impressed me was how the whole place was built with the intention of creating a certain old-school business atmosphere. It definitely succeeded.
