I like this place as the first stop when starting at Histower Airport, London. Convenient and affordable.

The facilities in the room are a bit dated with poor wifi connection.

服務很棒，早餐更棒，房間乾淨，浴室水量及溫度都非常好，從T3過去可以到bus station 的20號去搭A4號公車車上買票2英鎊7站左右抵達London Road的Holiday Inn Express，你也可以請飯店安排接送，每人7英鎊（單程），非常方便我們強烈推薦。

Very nice, did the job - good price

Upon arriving at the hotel i was quickly checked in and upgraded to a better room on a high floor with a view. The hotel is located on London Road and there are regular buses to and from Heathrow airport. I have also have full buffet breakfast included in my booking and there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Great value for money and convenient location for Heathrow airport.

Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Bathroom is spacious with a huge shower cubicle. Floor tiles in the bathroom need refitting and regrouting as they are all wobbly and they have lost almost all of the grouting. Very modern design. Beds are really comfortable. Telephone did not function and there was no information about their services. Front desk staff was not always very helpful.

My experience was terrible. There was banging and works going on behind me. Did not have the best sleep. In the end they had to give me a refund as I did not enjoy it at all. They stopped the banging at checkout but did was not told that my check out was 1pm and not 12 and so the drilling started. Absolute nightmare Awaiting reply from manager.

Situated in a wierd place

Welcoming arrival. Located on the ground floor. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable but some of the plugs in the room weren’t working.

Hotel is in ideal place, customer service was brilliant. Room very clean and comfy and breakfast fresh and hot

Estuve solo una noche ya que al dia siguiente tenia un vuelo. Muy bueno para alguien que quiere pasar la noche cerca del aeropuerto ya que hay una linea que te deja enfrente del hotel y es facil tomarla desde el aeropuerto.

This hotel is located in a location that the traffic is not convenient, during night time after about 10pm, u have to get a taxi to there or drive your own car, no public transport , taxi is over 30 gbp from T5!
