Excellent location, beautiful and spacious rooms. The rooms are fully equipped down to the smallest detail. Beautiful view of the harbor. A place for quiet and peaceful holidays Mr. Dimitris very kind and helpful

Overall the experience was excellent. The room was very quiet and the bed has a quality mattress so you get to sleep really well. Very clean as well. The owner, Dimitris, is a very calm, smiling and accommodating person, always there to address your needs and requests. He also provided us with great tips regarding the island.

I enjoyed a perfect holiday at this lovely hotel. Beautiful ocean views, nice rooms with great beds, and Dimitris is a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Beaches, restaurants and a few bars are all within walking distance, and the small peaceful town is surrounded by lush green woods. I highly recommend Anna Maria - Vanessa Apar**ents, and hope to return soon.

Another great experience in Neo Klima! This was our second stay at Anna Maria Vanessa Apar**ents and we were not disappointed. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, and great hospitality from Dimitris. The kitchen space allowed us to enjoy breakfast each morning. In the evening we sat outside with our wine, cheese, and olives feeling the Aegean breeze overlooking the marina. If you like people watching and relaxing then this is the perfect spot for you. There are two really nice beaches across the street and the perfect spot for watching the sunset from the marina. Our family visits Skopelos once a year and will continue staying here when we do!

Perfectly located by the beach and Harbour in Neo Klima. 1 min walk to bakery, beach, supermarket and restaurants. Extremely friendly and accommodating manager. The top floor apar**ent we stayed in also had a very large terrace that was to die for - recommended!

Friendly host who upgraded our room on arrival. Beautiful sea/harbour views. Room very clean and bright. Fridge and small cooking area, kettle etc. Everything we needed. Village of Neo Klima, relaxed and quiet with three or four tavernas. One of our favourite port of calls on Skopelos for one night. Lovely bakery and couple of supermarkets. Very friendly reception at local bar for drinks (wish I could remember name as deserve a mention) Highly recommended

Great location with outstanding view! Mr. Dimitris was very kind and helpful. He even offered the washing machine of the hotel to do our laundry, thank God! 😊 We will definitely visit the place again!

My friends and I wanted to visit Skopelos for the weekend because of the Mamma Mia movie! We absolutely loved staying at this place. It's on a more remote part of the island, but was still close to a couple restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. We also loved being right on the water and the beach was within a 5 min walk. There are plenty of "for rent" boats that are SO MUCH FUN! We all felt like this was one of the best times of our lives. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect view to the sea, Friendly staff, very good for families. The room was very clean with new furniture and very comfortable. Restaurants are nearby, the beaches are also very close. I would like to visit it again.
