We are very happy because we stay at Grispos Villas. Everything in this place is magic. We stay in building Filoxenia. The room has a fantastic balcony with sea view. The restaurant has traditional food . We love this place

We spend time to Grispos Villas and everything was fantastic. Friendly staff, wonderful beach and amazing place. Our family is very happy because we meet Schinnousa and this amazing place. We come back again.

Unlike other recent reviewers I had no complaints about cleanliness, however our parasol didn't work and there was no effort to fix it which was a problem since the balconies take the full force of the sun for much of the day. The view from the balcony is undoubtedly this place's biggest asset. The host models his customer relations on Basil Fawlty which depending on how chilled you are you may find charming or infuriating. Being charitable I wonder if Grispos took a huge hit during covid and hasn't yet recovered. It has clearly seen better days. Given the price I rate it poor but with not too much effort it could improve. Also they cancelled our booking 36 hours before we arrived and wouldn't answer our emails so that was stressful. It was resolved by our lovely hotelier on Naxos. It is some kind of scheme by Fawlty to avoid paying commission to whichever 3rd party you booked via. He makes you pay him in person when you arrive.

Schinoussa was lovely. Grispos Villas was terrible. Rooms not serviced. Toilet paper ran out. No staff around a lot of the time. One of our party couldn’t get into their room - the key didn’t work. It took over an hour to get someone to sort it out. It was as if no-one cared. I would be happy to revisit Schinoussa at any time but never again at Grispos Villas.

Spectacular views ! The reception is just a dumping ground for the owners rubbish and stinks of smoke. The owner eventually agreed a price for us, it was way more than it was worth. Our room was lovely but the kitchen area was dirty and we needed to wash everything before using. Beautiful bathroom. Staff, sadly not interested in us all. Dinner was average and thrown down ! Our main dishes arrived before our starters. We understood there was no pool, but happy with the spectacular beach, however no sun beds, so the only option was to lay on a towel on the beach, not ideal. The sun was directly on our balcony all day, but our sun parasol was broken. Great to get to such a remote island but won’t be rushing back

Faits positifs,l hôtel est venu nous chercher, au port ,alors que l hôtel est excentre sur une route non goudronnée et non éclairée à son terme,La vue sur la mer et la plage est vraiment superbe, Les chambres sont modernes avec vue de mer, le personnel d accueil est agréable, Par contre, aucune réponse à nos mails successifs;avant notre arrivée;nous étions inquiets par le transfert;les chambres n ont aucun charme, Le petit déjeuner n est pas forfaitaire mais s inscrit sur une carte chère, Le serveur est désagréable. Ne pouvant ou ne voulant pas comprendre notre commande,Nous avons évité d autres passages en restaurant de cet établissement,Le fond sonore genre club de vacances est horripilant,Dommage, la vue fait rêver
