Lovley stay this weekend everything was perfect lovley room very clean and spacious, alan and Lesley were wonderful hosts ,one of the best breakfasts we have had in a very long time and we are regular travelers, will be back again thank you see you soon thanks bev and mick room 7

A lovely stay with Alan and Lesley, made us feel very welcome into their home , iv got celiac disease, and they catered for my gluten free breakfast, easy access into town , and 10 minutes drive to ingelmels, thank you for making us feel welcome. Cherrie and James .😊

I stayed at Clarence House, for work purposes, I had a very nice room in a beautiful Victorian house. My room was warm and comfortable, Very clean, and the decor, modern and relaxing. I only had the opportunity to meet half of the B&B owners, which was Allan, he was very welcoming and friendly.

This is definitely one of the cleanest places I've spent in Skegness. The hospitality was great and the room was spotless. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place on the seafront. We had an excellent weekend. Thank you! Des and Mark.

Lovely stay. Extremely clean large room. Nice breakfast included. Lots of steps no lift (might be a problem to some). 2 parking spaces out front, 1st come 1st serve. Tea/coffee in room, no fridge. Would stay again.

Friendly couple that can't do enough to make your stay as comfortable, clean rooms bed a bit uncomfortable and not enough pillows but will give more if you ask. Breakfast is well cooked and fresh and rooms cleaned daily if you want it. Good location near to everything but just far enough down you don't have a lot of noise to keep you awake.
