Please do not book this hotel! I made a mistake and went through Capital One Travel and, in error, booked a hotel. I immediately notified Capital One Travel, which goes through a third party, Hopper, to make this reservation, but they could not contact the hotel on many occasions. I have also contacted the hotel via telephone and email, but they have not returned the correspondence. This is horrible customer service on behalf of Capital One, Hopper, and, most importantly, the hotel.
