The staff were great at check in and out. Very helpful and friendly. The room was huge, like an entire apartment. Very restful and relaxed, it was a shame to only stay one night.

It's a premier inn, so the standard room. Comfy bed for the night was all tht was needed, only thing I could've grumbled about, was the extractor didn't work in the bathroom, so the room smelt a little damp. Apart from that, great service at reception, good breakfast

Very comfortable room and king size bed. The lady in reception was also very accommodating when we booked a second night on Trip and wanted to stay in the same room. Perfect place to stay as we wanted to see Dover, Canterbury and other areas of Kent and West Sussex. Value for money and will definitely recommend it.

죄송합니다. 자신의 업무를 잘 수행하는 사람들에게 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 나쁜 리뷰를 제공하는 것을 좋아하지 않지만 이번 숙박은 좋지 않았습니다. 주차 시설이 훌륭하고, 구내 주차장이 넓으며, 체크인은 괜찮았지만 직원의 실질적인 공감이나 참여는 없었습니다. 그물 커튼에 큰 주황색 얼룩이 있었지만 방은 꽤 깨끗했고, 욕실은 매우 좋았으며, 최근에 새로 단장한 것이 분명했습니다. 저는 최상층인 211호실에 있었는데, 제가 머무는 동안 내내 제 방 위 옥상에는 선풍기가 있어서 밤새도록 헬리콥터 소리가 들렸습니다. 그리고 제 창 밖에는 이웃들이 5마리의 큰 개가 있어서 대부분의 시간 동안 짖어댔습니다. 그 밤, 나는 최대 약 90분 동안 잠을 잤고, 방을 옮기려고 노력했지만 분명히 꽉 차 있었습니다(그날 저녁 바에 있는 사람들의 수로 판단하지 않음). 죄송하지만 여기에 다시 머물지 않을 것입니다.

Checked in by this very rude woman called Jode. When we arrived at reception she looked through us and just said ‘name’. The hotel itself was comfy and the lady in reception when we checked out on Sunday morning was lovely.

I was given a disabled access room, ironically on the second floor. The bathroom was a wet room, no bath, where the angled tiled floor failed to contain the water, which ran towards the door, resulting in large puddles at its entrance. It’s clearly been going on for some time as the door frame base is swollen from water ingress and been painted over. There was severe wear in the carpet in one corner. A small thing but the devil is in the detail, the power cable for the wall mounted TV hung down. But the elephant in the room so to speak was the dirty brown staining running ceiling to floor from an obvious roof leak down one wall. I saw it was a dated building but to be honest, I expected better from Holiday Inn.
