매우 편안한 방, 새로운 시설, 깨끗함. 조식은 종류도 많고 맛도 좋습니다. 또한 근처에는 방문할 가치가 있는 시르미오네(Sirmione)와 같은 많은 관광 명소가 있습니다.

Free parking an easy to reach. Lake view in .some rooms. There is no elevator. Large ,selection in breakfast, however, the food was cold, not fresh and not tasty at all. Bus to the historic center - about a kilometer away. Local restaurant- expensive r

Riel is a lovely and well maintained hotel in a great location. Friendly and courteous staff. Our room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and modern with only a few minor issues as the mini fridge was noisy and not cooling properly, also a kettle was provided yet apart from a few herbal tea sachets no coffee, sugar or milk supplied (strange arrangement). Small balconies have no privacy at all and are easily accessible from any other room. Free bike hire was the real bonus for us. I'm surprised that people aren't mentioning bland and tired looking breakfast room and the COLD breakfast (which was our main disappointment), otherwise it was varied and plentiful and they serve fantastic coffee! I'd visit again off season.

Despite the fact that it turns out we visited Lake Garda "out of season", we had a lovely stay due, in part, to Hotel Riel and its lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel at home. Our room was spacious and clean, and the food and drinks in the hotel restaurant are reasonably priced - oh, and the breakfast is OFF THE CHART WONDERFUL! We can't wait to go back when the general area is more open for business.

Me and my wife came here as part of the wowcher holiday. Very happy with everything! Rooms were very clean, food was very nice especially with breakfast included and only a 10 min drive into Sirmione. Staff were also friendly enough. Overall would definitely come again!

The hotel is close to the lake but not on it so our room didn’t have a view of the lake and we were happy with that as we spend most of our time out and about. Rooms are very clean, minimal but nice and beds are comfortable. Lovely en-suite with small toiletries. The room has a fridge but ours was so loud it kept us awake for most of the first night so turned it off ( but didn’t really use it anyway) free wifi, didn’t watch tv so couldn’t say about what channels there were. Was pleasantly surprised with the room ✅ The staff are so helpful and friendly all speak a little English far better (and to my shame) than our Italian. They all seemed to work so hard / lots of hours yet were still smiling. Now the best bit, if you are gluten free you have to stay here!!! Almost everything on the menu in the restaurant to the breakfast in the morning is gluten free!!! I could have waffles, crepes, muffins etc for breakfast ( not the pastries though but I was so astounded by the choice I didn’t care) The restaurant in the evening was busy from hotel guests but also people coming in to dine so reservations would be recommended. Again if you are gluten free you have so much choice, pizza pasta including ravioli and also other dishes too and all their desserts are gluten free. I had a gluten free puff pastry which I’ve not come across before so that was a treat. Beside being fantastic on the gluten free front, if you are a regular gluten eater the food is excellent and worth eating there. Prices are not expensive but reasonable for a tourist place and hotel. We went in Feb 2024 for reference for your own trip. Enjoy, we did!!

Excellent hotel and people. I would say more than the 3 stars it has. Rooms nice and clean. Particularly nice en-suites. Location is good. Large car park. Not much road noise, especially early morning and evening as next to residential streets. Close walk into Sirmione. Best thing is the food. My wife has a strong gluten intolerance, not celiac but bad. Usually when we travel it’s hard to get variety but here was fantastic. Breakfast- gf waffles, gf crepes, gf bread and cakes as well as fruit, yoghurt etc. Restaurant-ALL pasta including Ravioli and Pizza are available gf. Lovely staff in hotel also.

Excellent hotel location of the hotel on the edge of the lake. The the staff were very friendly and helpful and had plenty of umbrellas when the rain came. Room clean and spacious and excellent breakfast with onsite parking . Would recommend.
