Good property, wide 2 bedroom flat well equipped even if appliances can be old sometimes. Cleaning could have been better but acceptable. Reception (John and Dajes) very efficient and ready to help. Well located (central) and nearby all facilities to go out. Lots of coffee places for breakfast in the morning, very useful.

I was checked in by Rajes , the nicest lady I ever come across when travelling. She greeted us with a lovely smile, and during our stay every time she was on duty she was with that lovely smile. The flat we stayed was very clean and comfortable beds . The jacuzzi was our massage therapies at the end of the day. I highly recommend the Park Avenue residence.

Our 4th time here due to its perfect location and excellent hospitality from all staff, front desk staff very helpful especially Ms Lynn Tay. Newly renovated rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Situated close to the river, ideal for a variety of restaurants, bus and train links.

Perfect place for a one month stay. The location is great and although not luxurious, the apartment comfortable, and perfect for a family with young kids. Special mention for Rajes and John that have been welcoming and very helpful. Will return.

This is a perfect place to stay for a family. Recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Close to Clarke Quay and an easy walk to Chinatown. bus stop and MRT are really close There are restaurants and a supermarket downstairs.

Very nice spacious rooms. Toilets and room very clean. Enjoyed the stay. Am from India we stayed with my family we were 7 of us. We booked town house apartment. Stay was wonderful. MRT station nearby. Surrounding is very nice and you can go for a walk.

The apartment appears to have been newly renovated and is also very well and practically laid out. It is equipped with everything you need and everything works perfectly. Cleaning takes place every other day. Despite Chinese New Year, towels were exchanged etc. regularly. The air conditioning is very nice because it is well placed and therefore cools pleasantly, but does not blow anywhere. The pool is super pleasant because you can swim well there. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. The location is really brilliant. A few minutes away is a metro station, Fort Canning Park and especially Robertson Quay, which has a lot of nice restaurants, where you can also go for a nice walk and in about 20-30 minutes you can even walk along the river to Marina Bay . Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear it again and again. In the pool area there are only 2 loungers and a few armchairs and tables. The pool area could use more furniture so that you can make yourself comfortable even when you're not in the water.

The staff at Park Avenue Robertson are very kind. I especially want to mention John and Rajes, who have both been very helpful since I moved in and have answered any questions I have had. I really appreciate their strong customer service. The location of Park Avenue Robertson is also excellent - a short walk to Fort Canning MRT, UE Square, and a number of restaurants along the river.
