게이트웨이 스튜디오 스위트(Gateway Studio Suites)

TV satellite connection issues on our 3rd day there so we did not have working TV for our last two days. They offered to move us to another room but that meant we would have to repack all our belongings and that was not acceptable. Requested for them to provide us with another satellite receiver but they did not. There was no maintenance personnel on site. No compensation for the inconvenience. Food was fair. The facility was good and so was its location.

First off, we really like this place and have returned many times. We appreciate the complimentary happy hour and breakfast was always pretty good. The rooms have been comfortable. This stay our bed was just awful, must be an older room. Breakfast was much less than it used to be. No hot foods like before just breads, coffee, cereals and waffles. It was okay, but not what we have come to expect. Service as always was very good.

The front desk staff are very friendly and interested in making our stay comfortable. The provide both a dinner meal and breakfast.

Best over night stay. Really enjoyed the room. Wonderful staff.. First time stay but wont b my last..i give it 10 stars

Nice Hotel, we stay here whenever we visit Sierra Vista. Always clean and comfortable, the breakfast was not as good as usual, as the menu is more limited than during busier seasons, but still satisfying. We will stay again when in the area!

Very friendly and outgoing staff, always pleasant to talk/deal with. Good food and snacks for the guests, both breakfast and evening snacks and drinks..I always stay there when I go to Sierra Vista..

A fantastic hotel, arrived and they were very polite and welcoming at the desk. I went through to my room and wow it was so big and spacious for one person. There was a seating area, a small kitchen area with Fridge, microwave, hob, plates/cutlery etc and a coffee maker. There was a sofa and a recliner chair in the seating area and then the bed. In the evenings they have a few drinks and snacks and breakfast is included in the mornings. I would definitely stay again

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Check-in was a breeze, as usual and the morning breakfast was great. One thing that was a bit annoying, was the bathroom fan, was very noisy when turned on. Needs to be replaced. Thx

Not only do they offer breakfast, but they have free salad, soup, nachos and popcorn for "happy hour".
