This is a superb place to stay. It's located right in the centre of historic Siena, within walking distance to numerous picturesque sites. Despite this, I found it very quiet and peaceful, and the communication from manager Fabrizio to do a self check in was top notch. It's perfect if you want a nice, central base while you go out and explore the town. Highly recommended.

Good accommodation, if you are young enough to bring the heavy suitcase up to the 3rd or the 4th floor, as the building is shared with other tenants. To be honest, I didn't look into the details of accommodation in advance and knowing the tariff was cheap, it was a bit of positive surprise. The only slight inconvenience was that we needed to share the shower/ bathroom with other guests, but there were 2 and both were always available. The room was kept clean, the ceiling was nicely decorated, tea/coffee available. We shouldn't complain much with this tariff. As other reviewers say, the owner Fabrizio is a fantastic guy, you will like him.

Nous recherchions une résidence située au centre-ville. Dès le départ, Fabrizio nous a contacté par WhatsApp, ce qui a grandement facilité nos échanges. Il nous a indiqué un parking gratuit pour que nous n'ayons plus à nous soucier de notre voiture pendant nos trois jours à Sienne. La résidence était d'une propreté irréprochable, et des serviettes de bains étaient même mises à notre disposition. La résidence était très charmante, avec des plafonds et des sols typiques des appartements italiens. La résidence est idéalement située dans la ville, parfait pour tout faire à pieds facilement. Nous n'avons pas pris la formule petit-déjeuner inclus, mais la résidence est située à quelques mètres à pieds du meilleur café de la ville " Torrefazione". Nous avons quitté Sienne ravis de notre séjour et d'avoir pu discuter avec une personne locale. Nous reviendrions sans hésitations ! Zoé et Yoan
