在暹粒深度遊，入住酒店5天，房間寬敞舒適，並帶有視野開闊的陽台。酒店員工熱情周到，步行可達酒吧街，酒店也提供免費送達。值得推薦

We stayed at the Elephant Hotel for 5 nights in April 2024 and had an excellent experience. The room was large and comfortable and an oasis in the heat as was the pool which is a good size and extremely clean.
The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

This place far exceeded our expectations! The customer service was outstanding - greeted with cold towels when ever we came inside, delicious food and drinks, very quiet a**osphere and the staff were so helpful. They even have a tuk tuk service to get you to Pub Street for dinner (although the location of the hotel is good and it is only a 10 minute walk there). Very good value for money and would highly recommend

From the moment you arrive at the Elephant you are treated like royalty, given a cold towel cool off and welcome drink.They staff is very pleasant and will look after your every need. We stayed 5 nights and had no issues. In the afternoon they offer a tea with snacks and they have a happy hour at 5. In the evening if you are headed out for dinner they offer a free tuk tuk ride into town. The bed was very comfortable and the the pool area had lounges and umbrellas . Over all a very pleasant stay.

Warmly greeted by owner/ Manager Cheean! Beautiful boutique hotel very close to fantastic Pub Street. The hotel was more than accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond what is expected to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Kudos to the entire staff at the hotel for the service and friendliness! Highly recommend this hotel. They also have a courtesy Tuk Tuk to drop you off to the market. Cheean helped us with booking of the Kannel Show (must see}.

Our room was great with a balcony (complete with bath on the balcony!). It overlooked the pool. The staff were friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The breakfasts were served from a menu (not buffet). There were always loungers available round the pool. Hotel located within walking distance of some eateries. We took a Tuk Tuk into the centre of Siem Reap - probably too far to walk, especially in the heat. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Ruhige Lage und doch noch in Laufdistanz zum Zentrum. Sauberer, erfrischender Pool. Angenehm große Zimmer mit großem Bad, AC, Kühlschrank, Schreibtisch. Einzig ein bequemer Sessel fehlt und eine Ablage für den Koffer. Und noch 2 Haken für die Handtücher im Bad.

Beautiful period style hotel, very impressive and lovely elephant themed touches throughout. Incredibly attentive service, warm and welcoming, staff always welcome you back "home" to the hotel throughout your stay which is a very nice touch. Immaculately clean, well appointed rooms. Staff went above and beyond and catered for additional services we needed. The free afternoon tea and available tuk tuk services into town at specific times were great additional touches. Easy access to the city but also quiet and exclusive feel. Transfers provided for day trips at a good rate. Very comfortable and exceptional service. Would recommend and would return to the Elephant when we go back to Siem Reap.
