I’ll give you a fair assessment of our trip having returned from a week away with my wife and two children (16).  Firstly the hotel is of a good standard - not 5 star in my opinion (probably 3/4) having stayed in Turkey on a number of other occasions.  The location is marred by the surrendering area which is “scruffy”. It’s a 5 minute courtesy bus to the beach which is OK and provides decent snack food. Side is about a 20 minute walk and is a must to see the spectacular ruins. The main restaurant is mediocre at best - the food is although varied with plenty of choice, unfortunately the not warm. The outside grill area is okay with a few choices - chicken, burgers, steak etc but again not warm at all. The pool area is nice however the water was extremely cold (might be warmer in July or August). The water slides were good and the pool snack bar offered the best choice of food - fresh and hot!! The drinks were again pretty standard - no fancy cocktails unless you paid extra for this at the vitamin bar around €6 for a frozen strawberry dac.  All in all a pleasant stay - rooms are of a good standard, entertainment was pretty non existent and all the staff were friendly and polite (Mermet especially in the lobby bar!).

Firstly ignore all bad reviews!! Amongst looking for hotels I came across this one, I looked at reviews as you do and came across a few bad ones but amongst looking at multiple hotels this seemed to be the best one so I still booked it and thank god I did ! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff are incredible especially umut (entertainment manager) they’ve made us feel extremely welcome hospitality has been exceptional staff are incredibly attentive and all staff members coming to your hands and knees at all hours. Drink half empty? It’s filled up before the glass is even empty. Food is absolutely incredible with a code variety of different cultural foods, multiples desserts you’ll never go hungry at this hotel ! As breakfast lunch dinner snacks are all exclusive ! Hungry during the night ? They even have food available all night which we were so suprised about. The way they make the food to look absolutely incredible 5* is an understatement. There’s entertainment on every night with multiple different shows downstairs African show, stunt show, belly dancing none stop entertainment. There’s even a disco which is more like a nightclub downstairs which we attended which was incredible. All alcohol is all inclusive to you can get as many alcohol drinks as you like The spa is beautiful we also got massages which was incredible definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed here 15-22 November! Hotel lovely and clean rooms are clean and daily house keeping restocking fridge most days. Food always found something but did get a bit repetitive in main restaurant. Beach snack bar was better than snack bar at the hotel . Al la cart was lovely I had the chicken main mea,l friend had the beef for sure the chicken was a better choice.. Drinks were good although some cocktails were hit and miss the prosecco was also included in the all inclusive. Staff were friendly guest relations lady was lovely as was Ali from entertainment he's only 18 and what a lovely boy and for sure a credit to the hotel we gave Ali some things we had left over he was so appreciated What I really liked about the hotel was they had tip boxes so you can give tips and the tips are shared between all the staff! Also would ask the guest if they go down to beach if they can keep there left overs for the dogs and cats there so friendly and a shame they're not feed the leftovers as you can see there ribs . All in all we enjoyed our holiday and would go back! Myself and my friend share the same name so everyone called us The 2 Julie's Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Fabulous hotel - from clean, modern rooms, to amazing food, very friendly staff and impeccable pool and spa facilities. We loved our stay at Arnor and would highly recommend it to everyone. Mark, Ali and Emre were 3 of the many helpful staff members at this hotel who made our stay even more positive. Food and drinks could not be faulted and the spa was very well priced. Would definitely go back. One little area of improvement for the management would be to keep the lights on in the bars after midnight… we understand that the bars close at midnight and that the lights are then turned off to encourage people to go to the disco bar but our group were quite happy to stay where we were whether that was the snack bar outside or the lobby bar - finishing our drinks / playing cards etc for another hour or so after midnight and we thought it was quite unnecessary to turn off the lights completely and make us sit there in pitch dark.

First time in turkey and I will definitely be back, the hotel is stunning and had a real luxury feel to it, the hotel is cleaned constantly and always looked spotless, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Ahmet from the entertainment team made our holiday he was very helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed our trips to the nightclub with him. The rooms are very beautiful and the mini fridges are brilliant. Amazing drinks selection as well. Food was ok some nights were better than others but we would definitely come here again.

this hotel is horrible. when it rains outside it rains inside the hotel. the food leaves something to be desired as well as the cakes, the staff is not very friendly and if you have children, there are no activities for them. the place where I would not return even if you gave me money.
