Best hotel in Turkey!!! Friendly and professional check in. The room was a good size, very clean, and modern. The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel. They can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Food is fantastic good choice and top branded drinks. Love the live music and disco in the nights, and the pier is so nice to sun bath on in the day. Overall amazing and can't wait to book again. Thank you Arum Barut

Good hotel we had a good choice of choosing Arum Barut Collection to spend our 4 days holiday. The workers are approachable the guest are quite and calm.The foods and ambiance were good. I'm looking forward to stay again in this hotel.

Our stay at the Arum Barut has been absolutely amazing. Walking around the hotel feels like walkinf through a fairytale.

Relaxing and well located resort. Staff were incredible. Varied food selection via the multiple included restaurants. Pools perhaps a bit limiting and the beach is quite rocky. Though fantastic short stay getaway.

I strongly suggest this property. It is not only a hotel to have rest but also a wonderful experience for many activities. The hotel staff is really kind and friendly. The food is perfect and really delicious. You will certainly find your taste, it has world wide kitchen dishes. One night Ala-carte restaurant is free and totally has value to try.

Потрясающий отель! Сервис высокого уровня! Никаких браслетов! Вежливый и внимательный персонал, несмотря на то, что отель был заполнен на 100 %. Официанты в барах запомнили наши предпочтения после первого же вечера👍 что очень приятно! На рецепшене Лейла и Ирина профессионалы своего дела!Умницы и красавицы! Хорошо оборудованный фитнесс центр! Инструктор Анжела всегда подскажет, очень внимательна и отзывчива! Кухня разнообразная, очень вкусная! Алкоголь премиум! Отель небольшой удивил очень ухоженной территорией, особенно сад с кактусами! Везде фруктовые деревья. Рядом променад для прогулок вдоль моря. Шезлонги на пляже удобные! Отличный пирс, плавали только с пирса. Ежедневно живая музыка в баре! Слушали с удовольствием! Отдых невероятно понравился!

Прекрасный отель по системе "ультра все включено". Свежие, чистые номера. Прекрасная еда, очень вкусные коктейли (качественный оригинальный алкоголь). Понравились вечерние шоу - живая музыка в баре у бассейна и программы в амфитеатре. Спа зона была обновлена в 2024 году, но нам показалась маленькой и не очень приятной по сравнению с Барут Хемера. Если вы любите кофе, то рожковая кофемашина у них только в баре у бассейна. В остальных местах кофе делают из автомата. Приходилось просить отдельно, чтобы сделали именно из рожковой машины. В целом отель рекомендую.

衞生不錯，房間也很棒，安靜，服務很好。就是餐食有點單一，每天的飯都差不多，住的長了就沒新意了，可以多多更換一些餐食。推薦給朋友們，度假感超絕！

The hotel is really beautiful with great amenities and service. Transfer was about 50 minutes and the location is great. Right on the beach, you can walk down to the shops and walk all the way down to the old town and ruins along the beach path. We arrived in the early hours, but check in was easy and the restaurant was still open for some light bites and the lobby bar was 24 hours. Our first room didn’t have a good view (over the air con system and had an outdoor hallway), so the next day at our rep meeting, we were asked if we had any issues. We said about the room and with in 15 minutes we were given 3 rooms to look at with a member of staff and 10 minutes after that we were in our new room which was excellent. Loved the welcome chocolates, the beach bag, towels and mini bar that was topped up daily. Toiletries were also topped up daily and the hair dryer was really good too. There were robes and slippers, a coffee machine and a pillow menu which I loved. There was always a large bottle of water left in the room as well as the small bottles in the fridge. Internet connection was really good throughout the hotel. The app is really handy to look at the restaurants, make bookings and see what’s on. But if you can’t get a restaurant booking just go to guest services and they will do it for you, they can book further in advance than what’s on the app. We got in all the restaurants and our faves we managed to get in twice. The hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean, all the gardens were beautiful and the flowers and artwork in the hotel were so nice. There are some shops, but not sure if the prices are competitive. The gym was small but well kitted out, the spa was nice too, but seemed a bit pricey. The staff really made the holiday special. All so friendly and helpful. Especially Umut Kurt at the pool bar. He made us so many great drinks and really welcomed you and was great to talk to. The pool bar was always busy but they worked hard to get you served as soon as they could. It would be great to have lounger service to help ease the pressure on the pool bar. As it’s the only bar near the pool it can get a bit hectic. But also being kind to the staff and leaving a few tips always helps. Some people were so rude to them. I loved sitting at the pool bar in the morning have a coffee and too many of those amazing biscuits. The iced coffee was also really nice. There is a large bowl at the end of the bar that is constantly topped up with cold water bottles throughout the day so you can just grab one. Near the kids area are some small fridges where you can grab fruit, pasties, sandwiches, cakes, yogurt. Really handy. We never struggled to get a sun bed, the best ones do get reserved early, but you can always get a bed, even if it’s in the shade. We really enjoyed the food at the hotel. All the A la carte restaurants were good. Particularly enjoyed the Asian and the Turkish. But they were all good. In the main buffet restaurant don’t miss out on
