아룸 바루트 컬렉션 - 울트라 올 인클루시브(Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive)

Good hotel we had a good choice of choosing Arum Barut Collection to spend our 4 days holiday. The workers are approachable the guest are quite and calm.The foods and ambiance were good. I'm looking forward to stay again in this hotel.

Прекрасный отель по системе "ультра все включено". Свежие, чистые номера. Прекрасная еда, очень вкусные коктейли (качественный оригинальный алкоголь). Понравились вечерние шоу - живая музыка в баре у бассейна и программы в амфитеатре. Спа зона была обновлена в 2024 году, но нам показалась маленькой и не очень приятной по сравнению с Барут Хемера. Если вы любите кофе, то рожковая кофемашина у них только в баре у бассейна. В остальных местах кофе делают из автомата. Приходилось просить отдельно, чтобы сделали именно из рожковой машины. В целом отель рекомендую.

Our stay at the Arum Barut Collection was exceptional in every way. The room was perfect, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and luxurious amenities. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend trying the room service for a gourmet experience on your balcony. The dining options were outstanding, with a variety of culinary delights that satisfied every craving. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish night, where around 200 different dishes were prepared—an unforgettable feast. The bars offered exquisite cocktails, and the breakfast buffet was rich and diverse. The staff at the hotel were incredible, always friendly, helpful, and professional. They responded promptly to our questions and requests, ensuring a seamless experience. Even minor complaints were handled swiftly and efficiently, making us feel valued and cared for. The pool area was a paradise with multiple pools, plenty of comfortable loungers, and excellent amenities. The pool bar and the entertainment activities added to the enjoyment, creating a relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere. The beach was stunning, with fine sand and clear water. The jetty provided a fantastic spot to enjoy the sea, and the promenade to Side was perfect for leisurely walks or morning runs. Additional highlights included the wellness and spa facilities, the modern fitness center, and the beautifully maintained gardens. Daily activities like yoga and water aerobics offered enjoyable ways to stay active. Overall, our stay at the Arum Barut Collection was perfect, combining luxury, comfort, and outstanding service to create an unforgettable vacation.

We travelled as a couple in April for one week. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. All staff were friendly and polite. Food is delicious. As vegetarians, we had plenty of options. Lokman (chef) very kindly made sure we had a delicious meal and made us a lovely aubergine dish. Premium drinks available at bars. Bar staff very efficient. Tolgahan and Halil were especially friendly and always made our drinks perfect with a smile and a fun chat. Hotel disco was good fun. DJ BoBo played brilliant music. Not many people in disco but we still had fun. Wish it was open later though. Great idea having disco away from the guest bedrooms so it doesn't disturb anyone. Loved sunbathing on the pier. Didn't use the swimming pool this time as it was too busy for us. The grounds/gardens are well maintained and beautiful to walk through. Live bands at the outdoor pool in the evening were disappointing this April. Last November they were excellent and had us dancing every night but not this time sadly. Animation team staff were great - Sait, Volkan and Altan were great. We will be back again soon hopefully!

This is my 5th visit here and my 2nd this season already. Will be back in September. I just can not fault anyone here at all. Irina at guest relations - wonderful! Emre - front of house - wow! Gazi - lobby bar - fantastic Mustafa (my fave waiter) and Emre in the bonsai at lunch- excellent. Haci Ali- fantastic And everyone in between that I have missed! The beach team fully have my heart, the evening crew, Alper - my absolute fave every visit making me special cocktails and now Halil has joined the crew in making the most fabulous cocktails. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave you are looked after and spoilt. It's fabulous.

Our 2nd time visiting this hotel in 3 years! Once you come here there isn’t a lot that will live up to resort. From arriving to leaving every thing is 1st class. Massive thank you to Hasan öz who looked after us again on our stay and made us feel special! Nothing was to much for him and he made sure my partners birthday dinner at the Petunya à la Carte was one to remember. The unlimited use of the three à la carte restaurants along with the main restaurant and two lunch time areas make sure you are never bored at meal times. The 5 bars serving premium drinks and amazing cocktails are amazing, we couldn’t find a cocktail they couldn’t make! The pools, beach and sea are kept so clean could not fault it, this is maintain by all the support staff who do such a great job. Everyone is so friendly here and they will do anything to keep you happy. There is plenty to keep you entertained, the team put on a host of activities during the day and in the evenings you have live music at the pool bar, kids club followed by a show at the amphitheatre or music down at the beach bar. I cannot recommend this place enough, we came back here with extended family this year and are looking to come again next year summer with some more.

A lovely resort, absolutely perfect. Great food, a lot of choice, very good selection , several restaurants and bars. Good choice of international drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. I’d recommend this hotel. It’s perfect.

We had an amazing holiday at Arum Barut collection. We were looked after from the moment we arrived, to the time we were waved off in our taxi. Check in was smooth and we were upgraded to a Residence suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge area) from the deluxe family suite we had booked. The room was well located for us in a quiet area with a shady balcony, which we were very grateful for in the extreme heat. The room was well furnished and extremely clean. The addition of the lounge area was brilliant as one of the party likes to be up early and this meant they didn’t disturb anyone else. We enquired about late checkout as we had very late flights and reception were so helpful arranging this for us. There is also a well set up courtesy suite to use after checkout. The pool and beach areas are all very nice and well kept, the gardens are beautiful. There were loads of sunbeds at the beach and water shoes are useful to navigate the few rocks. The sunbeds around the pool were busier, the hotel has a policy of not reserving beds before 7.30 which was enforced but the majority of beds were taken by 9am. We did see people asking for sunbeds and parasols and the staff were very helpful in providing these. The lifeguards were all friendly and the few slides were enjoyable for our son. The main buffet restaurant, the beach restaurant and all 3 Al la cartes were of a very high standard and the food choices and quality were very good, some of the best we’ve had at an all inclusive resort. The Al la cartes were all very welcoming and very easy to book using the hotel app, a very useful app too. They catered to our 5 year old and let him order from different parts of the menu so he could try new foods. We used the patisserie on our last day, it has lovely views and nice air conditioning to enjoy a coffee and cake after a day in the sunshine. The service in all the restaurants and bars was exceptional. Everyone we met was friendly and went out of their way to help, even when ordering random milkshakes for our very confident little boy! Our son used the kids club which he loved and it gave us a welcome couple of hours break each morning and he came back with lots of things he’d made. He loved the trips for ice cream, collecting shells and the slushy’s! The kids disco was good but probably catered more to the German guests and could have benefited from a few English songs. We didn’t try any of the day time activities but all the staff who stopped to talk to us were great. The evening entertainment was varied and there was something for everyone at the pool bar, the beach bar or the amphitheater. We enjoyed an evening stroll along the promenade too. It is very clear that all the staff who work at the hotel take pride in their jobs and we haven’t received better service anywhere else on our travels. The team here truly are exceptional, the management were very visible but also approachable. There was a heatwave while we were there and
