Nice & clean room. Friendly staff. Fast check in. Variety of food. Great stay. Nice window view.

Good et all. But the breakfast not so many choices. 4/10 for breakfast. Sorry.

Check-in late, one of the staff at the front desk who was nearer to me keep playing with mobile phone while the other who was further away answered my questions. Overall room condition is good, but need to wait for a long time before I can get hot water in the shower. Location is good, near to night market and a few famous places. Breakfast is basic but up to the standard.

It was a great stay, the receptionist was very friendly, and check out process quick and easy. The breakfast is great and plenty too.

Room was lovely and comfortable for one-person; not sure if I would have the same to say if we were two pax. And I had actually asked for a queen bed in my booking but found I was allocated one with twin beds instead. I didn't really mind (or I wd have insisted), but it would have been extra wonderful if I got what I booked (and paid for). I like that there was housekeeping attention every day, and a good high level of service. Food options just across from the hotel was great. Access to street food was easy too -- as well as to Night Market and Central Market. What I probably appreciated most: the height of the hotel...could always get my bearings that way. I enjoyed my first visit to Sibu immensely and staying at this hotel was a big contributing factor

Excellent services from staffs. Comfortable to stay. All facilities are in good conditions. Nice view . You can see the whole sibu from the top of building. And room services are also good . Well maintained rooms . Timings are perfect. food is also good . Thank u for ur efforts.

I like the atmosphere at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is centrally located. I will definitely stay there again the next time I go to sibu.
