The atmosphere in this hotel, in this period of time is amazing: Christmas Trees, Christmas Carols, even the smell from halls reminder of Christmas Seasons. The breakfast was very, very good. Everything your heart desire. The food from traditional restaurant was very tasty, specially goulash. Friendly staff

Organized and assisted a group there just when they had the Hilton branding added and since then kept going with either business or family. Can't go wrong with classic! Elegant lobby with a stunning atrium confirms that you're in the right place. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds make it worth the stay. Great English Bar provides as host for evenings. Should you prefer some traditional food, just go across the interior garden to the Camara Boierului restaurant to enjoy the best of what the region has to offer. Relax in the swimming pool or SPA, have the teams/zoom sessions in the business lounge, organize meetings in the various meeting rooms or nowadays younvan even eat Asian at their newest boutique restaurant. Nature is all around so go explore - it's right across the street, with the zoo and one of the best outdoor museums in Europe. Just a short drive away you have the city center with all its noise, traffic and beauty. P.S. it's a Hilton!

Lovely hotel. Executive Lounge cosy with good canapés and fantastic local wines. Delicious breakfast, professional and helpful staff. The traditional restaurant had a large event but they found room for me upstairs and I enjoyed trying traditional Romanian cuisine. Couldn't fault my stay.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Everything was very clean, fantastic food and the location of the hotel is very good! Highly recommend the English bar and exceptional service of the bartender Anthony, he’s passionate and knowledgeable about his work.

HORRIBLE. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. So unfriendly. So unhelpful. Wish that we. Had stayed somewhere else. Did not respond to our issues and were quite rude when we asked for help. Never dealt with such unhelpful and rude people.

The Hilton Hotel in Sibiu is more elegant on the inside than on the outside. I have also written about the interior decorations, furniture (a bit worn), paintings or the interior garden and the glass elevator. But now, the outdoor parking is unwelcoming, unkempt, without barriers, even if it is free, and difficult to reach at the entrance. And speaking of cars, the road to the hotel from the city is a winding through the blocks, instead of the straight road, on Calea Dumbravii, as it was at the beginning. But this is a problem of the Sibiu City Hall. The Camara Boierului restaurant has expanded a bit and it's nice to sit in the garden in the evening. Good service, good food.

Hilton Sibiu, dated but still good quality. Could use an update. The rooms are huge, but not enough electrical outlets. I should not have to unplug a lamb to plug in my phone next to the bed. Fitness center needs some attention, half the cardio machines are out of order or do not function right. The resistance on the bike can only be adjusted up but now to lower the friction. Lounge is excellent, food and full bar. Silva in the lounge is extremely attentive. Spa area is fantastic, indoor pool, sauna etc. Finally the location is not great for interacting with the city city but fine if you want a bit of space.

We stated at Hilton Sibiu 2 days ago. The hotel is nice and clean and a reasonable rate, but not 5 stars by European standards. It would make a good 4 star hotel if advertised as a 4. The attendants at breakfast, lounge and spa were phenomenal, but front desk was slightly lacking in service. Concierge desk was present, but there was no Concierge or luggage attendants. Again pointing to 4 star hotel, Not 5. The room was nice and clean, but diamond upgrade was not honored even though the hotel was empty the 3 days we were there. Finally the spa was truly amazing. There was a pool area and a separate spa with multiple sauna options, steam room and jacuzzi. Had a massage and it was absolutely amazing, had to get another one before we left as it was so good. I would highly recommend asking for Adela in the spa. She was attentive and customized the massage to my needs. Honestly my favorite part of the stay was the massage I received from Adela.
