Very disappointed – worst staff experience in years of traveling. I’ve stayed at Amadria Park many times, but my recent experience with Ms. Lea Topolovčan was unacceptable. She communicated in a cold, passive-aggressive tone, delayed responses, offered zero assistance, and even implied I should cancel my reservation – simply because I gave honest feedback. I never asked for anything free, only basic courtesy and respect as a returning guest. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unfit for someone working in hospitality. This review is specifically about her, and not the hotel as a whole – but I do hope management reconsiders who they put in charge of guest communication.
