Get a working phone number! When someone is traveling at night and needs to arrive after midnight, they need to be able to call. Also there is no reason why if a room is reserved you couldn't check in the next morning once someone is in office! 3 years we've stayed at this location when we travel and never had an issue with checking in before. This time I never got to check in and was told to come back after 3pm even though I reserved the room for the night before too.

I booked room so i could enjoy a jetted tub that wont fill upwith water ... basically no air conditioning in Louisiana in August really .... just dont do it and i hadro give an additional 100 deposit but there was somoes ********* a used condem and a leftover party balloon... never never never

I wanted to take a bath but water was yellow as if pipes were rusted. A big daddy long leg spider was right below faucet..scared crap out of me...didnt feel safe.

This is not a place for a family. Very ran down looking and not safe. NEVER going back!

It wasn't properly cleaned. Pictures are deceiving. The room looked more professional in the picture. The fact you can't have visitors is bizzare. What if someone is in town & family wants to just come visit bc that's why there in town. To see family.

Paid for a week upfront at this motel due to a recent tornado left my home without power. There were shoes under the bed, stained pillow cases, a hole in the bath tub wall, the bath tub itself was disgusting, toilet hard to flush and lastly there were multiple LIVE roaches in the fridge. We left on our 2nd night and they refused to even give us a partial refund. Defiantly lacked customer support, money hungry, slum motel.

Desk clerk was friendly, room was decent however I didn’t trust the towels. This was a last minute stay due to power outages after a storm. The problem was ********** once I arrived at the hotel the clerk gave me a different room that I paid for at the hotel. Desk clerk spoke with ********** and told them to cancel the reservation and refund me. Needless to say it wasn’t done and I’m still trying to get the refund

It was a good stay. We can into town to gamble however ALL hotels were booked solid as a storm had came through the day before and knocked out everyone’s power.! Check in was stated to be 3pm however it was changed to 5pm after getting there at three. It was very hot outside and at one point started raining however, the owner would not let anyone in the lobby. We did business outside though a small hole in the window. Guests had children and elderly in the heat waiting in a 20 deep line to check in. I stayed calm as I was there for pleasure but seeing the local people already have suffered storm damage, no electricity and no water, trying to pay to get their children and the elderly somewhere safe with air conditioning broke my heart. There were very weird rules posted such as “no smoking ****”. I thought that not smoking ***** is a regular policy and found it a little worrysome to have to put that in writing on the front window. However, the people around were good people and I enjoyed talking with them in line. Room was clean. Air worked. The owner was very nice to me and gave my cash deposit back even after I checked out late. Check out time is 10:30 and it is posted everywhere. I actually overslept and he had to call my room. I appreciate he still gave me my deposit back as I may not have been deserving of it. Thank y’all!!

Ok- my check in was 11am they told me it will be 3 pm - then at 3pm they said 4pm then 5pm and then 6 pm- finally I got to check in at 7 pm-. Then they said check out time is 10 am - so I get the room and when I walk in there is plaster on the table and on the floor from an obvious leak in the ceiling- the pool is the nastiest I've seen- then when I check out they only give me $25 of the $50 I paid - I really feel just ripped off- that place should not be operated in those conditions- we'd all be better off with that place closed
