the hotel is near by hafezie and saadiye you can visit hafezie with 5 min walking the hotel staff is very nice breakfast had a lot of variety the room was very clean the room was newly renovated the room was facing the yard be sure to visit this hotel it was great

Awful! The costumer service ****** The personal behavior ****** The room service ****** Wanna ruin your trip? Use this hotel The breakfast was mostly cold Not enough space to sit at by the tables Half the food we wanted to offer was unavailable Oh and did I mention how terrible the personal were at treating us?

Although it was a non smoking room, the bathrooms n lobby on my floor smelt of smoke. Plus, one morning when I was asleep, a waiter opened my room using his keys and I was shocked. When I complained, the management didn't take it seriously and defended the waiter, saying someone had given wrong room number and asked to come to room to repair ac. Even if that was the case, no one is allowed to use their own keys to open the room while the guest is there. They should call and check. It was disappointing and I don't recommend it for solo female travelers. I was told breakfast would be served to the room but they charged me $20 extra calling it mini room service. Totally unethical given that the price of stay is already different and higher for tourists.

I travel a lot and I am the manager of the hotel too but I have never ever behaved rudely to my guests, even my staff. The reception of the night is so rude and don't know anything about hospitality and customers right. The staff was so rude and unpolite. Breakfast disaster and the room is really dirty. I will never come back again even if they invite me free
