시모가 SGS ENTERPRISES, AYANUR, HOSURU 근처 호텔

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, room was beautiful. We had an early train the next day, had to check out at 4am, so we asked of we could have a little packed breakfast for the train (or we would have gone to buy something). They confirmed it would be ready for us in the morning. We ordered some food at night, we ordered 2 lemon chickens, and were delivered 3, we did not say anything, it was delicious and we ate the 3. In the morning we checked out, requested for the packed breakfast, the receptionnist was not even aware of our request and obviously nothing was ready. He asked the kitchen staff to throw something in a bag for us, it took ages, we were starting to panic that we would miss our train... in the end when I went into the kitchen saying we were leaving, they provided 2 bags with muffins, eggs and salad fruits which was nice. Then I asked if everything was OK for the checkout (I was half asleep), they confirmed that yes, all was good. Once on the train I realized we had not paid for the order for dinner (1209 Rupees) which they have asked our travel agency to pay on our behalf. Not happy at all with this. I made me feel like we tried to run away without paying when it is not like that at all. I think some organization skills training needs to be provided to your staff so things go smoothier with your guests.

One of best hotels we have stayed so far. The hotel MD Mr. Gururaj was personally taking care of us and helped us ***** with his staff to plan our trips. The rooms were clean and the toilets were very well maintained. The attached Restaurant serves all kinds of Veg cuisines. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent. This place is very well close to Bhadra Tiger Reserves, Jog Falls, Sakrebylu Elephant Camp and a plethora of ancient Shiva temples. I would definitely visit this hotel next year with my family to catch up with more exciting adventures in & around Shimoga.

Rooms are very clean and drinking water was also available at the room while checking in. Ac and thermostat worked perfectly and hot water is also available. Hotel is very close to bus stand hence convenient too

위치와 객실은 훌륭합니다. 리조트는 툰가 강 유역에 위치하고있어 쉽게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 강둑을 걷고 강에서 수영을하는 고요한 경험을 제공합니다. 모래 둑의 존재는 경험을 향상시키고 아침과 저녁은 일출과 일몰의 멋진 전망을 제공하여 긍정적인 분위기를 조성합니다. 레스토랑은 고품질입니다. 요리사는 숙련되고 맛있는 음식을 준비합니다. 그러나 개선이 필요한 유일한 영역은 리셉션 서비스입니다. 담당 직원은 환영하는 태도가 부족하고 사용 가능한 편의 시설을 설명하는 데 무관심한 것 같습니다. 또한 리조트가 강둑과 연결되어 있다고 언급하지 않았습니다. 리조트는 스누커, 카드 룸 및 모닥불과 같은 기본 편의 시설을 제공 할 것을 고려해야합니다. 어린이 놀이 공간은 어린이를 참여시키는 데 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 강둑에서 저녁 간식을 제공 할 수 있습니다. 우리가 머물렀을 때 보트는 기능이 없습니다.

River tern Lodge는 karnataka의 bhadra dam 저수지에 위치한 자연 리조트와 매우 가깝습니다. JLR이라고도 불리는 정글 롯지 및 리조트 아래 karnataka 정부가 소유하고 관리하는 리조트 중 하나입니다. 패키지에는 모든 식사, 지프 사파리 1개, 보트 사파리 1개가 포함되어 있습니다. 주변에 수역과 녹지가 있는 매우 상쾌한 환경입니다. 식사도 훌륭했습니다.

I stayed in kamat residency with family for one night. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hot water is 24*7. Don't see any issue with price offered. I see many reviews with bad comments. It's budget hotel but rooms and neatnes is fine. I went to maurya hotel for breakfast. I am happy with stay.

Location is just on the Shimoga highway, nice ambience, spacious and clean room, Breakfast is tasty, Restaurant food is also nice, staff is really cordial and helpful. All rooms are of same size. Only AC non AC is the difference.

Most amazing and beautiful hotel in sagara, fantastic service provided in the hotel. Most of the amazing features of the hotel. 1.great food taste and presentation. 2.great staff and warm welcoming of the guest. 3.great housekeeping service. 4.great service staff with polite gestures. 5.front office people are amazing and so professional. 6.great lobby ambience. 7.superb welcoming criteria (always with different types of welcome drinks). Seriously i have never visited such facilities, ambience, respect, food . I must advice you to visit such a great hotel to enjoy real hospitality.
