The quality of the rooms were good and friendly staff. There was a problem with electricity in my allotted room and they immediately changed the room and were responsive and proactive to resolve the issue.

Stay was good, good staff, calm place, plenty of parking space, better take balcony rooms.

It was fine. Good hospitality by the staffs. Rooms was clean and hygienic. We had reached late for check in and the check in was smooth and the check out as well. No unnecessary delays. It felt like the air conditioning was not up to the mark initially but later the cooling was fine. Over-all a good experience.

The rooms were spacious and neat. The staff were courteous. But there is no breakfast option available. Rooms were not cleaned everyday during the stay. Otherwise, a good option for stay in shimoga.

I stayed for 1 night in malnad gateway with family. The hospitability was awesome. They upgraded me to bigger room as i was with 2 kids and provided additional bed, all with no additional charges. The service provided was great. I recommended this hotel stay for others.

The stay was so good. Rooms are clean & hygiene. But food & drinks are high of cost. Other than this everythings was gud.

Really disappointed with the hotel. the rooms were so small. Not possible to triple, also we booked executive rooms we were given deluxe rooms due to confusion. We also had a big beehive in our room due to which we could not open the door of the balcony. Really upset, such bad experience.

Food is very bad quality. There is absolutely no safety standards considering no sanitisation done or products kept. Loud music in bar is very disturbing for room occupants. Nobody wears mask here even if you insist them to do. Bathrooms are no clean and we have to sanitise toilets ourselves before use.

It was one of the worst experience staying in a suit room and spending such huge amount. From the time we entered in to the hotel till we left some or the other issues cropped up in the service provided by the hotel. The lift stinks as the fan doesn't work, jacuzzi can not be used as the water dosent come in the taps. Not a single hanger for clothes in the wardrobe. There was no kettle tough everything else was there. Breakfast was cold and no tea available. No cleanliness and staff without mask. It was a complete waste of money. I feel u should refund the money for such a bad service.
