Manager sitting on reception is A third grade person. We booked room for two nights with three adults including breakfast at 11k but manager denied entry saying kid is not allowed. And he talked rubbish with my MIl who is 64 yrs old. She was constantly calling him beta. We were ready to pay 1k extra , I am not sure what did he learnt from hotel management course. We just visited Ramada , excellent hospitality.

It was great stay with hotel baljees regency....hotel is located in prime location from wheir you can directly reach at mall road.... rooms are spacious with beautiful view from. Windows . With spacious washrooms. . Staff is cooperative and professional ....good services..thanks to all team members who made our stay special...

PROS 1. Booking was made well in advance, on the day of checkin receptionist provided us with early check-in at around 6 am without any additional cost. 2. Aesthetic of the room was good. Spacious enough for 2 pax. 3. Taste of Indian food was good. 4. Post check-in I changed my meal plan on which they co-operated & reduced the room rate. CONS 1. Dirty walls inside the room. 2. Leakage in wash basin, assistance was called but the response was "Etna to chalta hai" 3. Only 1lit of water for a couple, which is quite less as per the tariff charged. 4. Breakfast buffet layout was very less. 5. Torn bed Lenin & hair on bedsheet found upon checkout. 6. Chinese food ordered was not that good 7. On 25th night there was loud noise in the corridor, we made multiple calls at reception however no positive response & empathy from receptionist. 8. While going out I asked for water bottles to which I was told it is chargeable & more than MRP on it.

Worst hotel to stay , never ever book this hotel even if they provide u free accommodation.. staff if pathetic , my 2 year old son vomited at 2 in night and they refused to clean it .. just image their attitude towards guest . I made a mistake of booking this hotel but you do commit the same mistake . Worst experience , terrible people to stay with .. A BIG AVOID …

Superb experience, front desk was very cool n cooperative, specially mam.room was very nice and have thermostat.very near to mall road,restorent also attractive.full time working Elevator.mouthwatering dishes. Minus points- bathroom's fitting was look like old and the way to mall road have some stairs.

Nearby to mall road, Kali Bari temple, Ridge, Christ church and other locations. Helpful staff. good food. very popular among locals. parking available. stayed there for 2 nights. budget hotel. recommended for family and couple.
