Very nice property. Very near to Shimla Mall road .... On walk away distance. Staff was very friendly & helpful , food preparation was excellent and room was also v nice Parking facility is available. The owner & management team of hotel are also v nice. Overall v nice experience

Recently we visited Shimla and Chose to stay in Royale Retreat.. It was indeed a treat to be in this hotel. Modern amenities with wooden floorings.. beautiful view of valley from.our rooms. We chose 2 premium Lounge rooms which were well equipped with Jacuzzi.. Good Food, great location, drive in property near to mall road with lovely staff, always there to assist you. What else do you need if you're visiting a hill station. Highly recommended..

This hotel service was excellent and quality of food fantastic and team management is very sharp and helpful. I very appreciate Miss Simran she is nice person. She is guide my Toure plan becouse I am in shimla fast time . She is very friendly and helpful. I specially thanks Simran.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff is very polite. Food is sumptuous. Good service. Ambience superb. Overall nice experience. Highly recommended. For parties there is a beautiful place a spacious banquet hall. Near to mall is an advantage. Laundary service is fast.

The place offers a decent stay with clean rooms, good location and friendly staff. There is ample parking space and you are never out of the option to park your vehicle. The breakfast, included in our plan, was average. Nothing stood out but the staff was courteous to offer service at the table, even though it was a self service setup. Overall good experience 👍👍
