Hotel is located in the Masohora Valley with beautiful valley ! Self reached and got to know that i have been upgraded to Club room from Deluxe room. Club room has the beautiful sunset views ! Hotel staffs were very polite, helpful and friendly. Self had stayed for 3 days and had most comfortable stay at Shimla. Room was very nice and clean. Had complimentary breakfast which was awesome. We tried in room dining service too. Must try it for comfortable stay !

Lovely experience, Amazing staff, beautiful property. The staff is very friendly and went out of the way to arrange a cookery class for my daughter, in particular Jagdish and Ravinder from Production. The view from the balcony is mesmerising. The food menu is elaborative and tasty. Live music experience by Nitish adds on to the dining experience.

We celebrated my mum’z birthday ans it was lovely … Virender was very warm and took our reservation with a cake. Ankit and Anisha were super cooperative and made our overall experience very nice…. Cherry on the top chef Ravinder prepared yummilicuous Thai curry and pizza … the cake too is very good .. grateful to you all… keep up the good work… see you

The hotel is smaller in size, it’s a cute boutique hotel, But it’s not lacking in services in comparison to large 5 star hotels. Clean and cozy rooms that are spacious. Clean bathrooms with an endless hot water supply, high water pressure at the health faucet and taps. The TV’s have an extensive Tata Sky package with lots of channels for winding down at night. The staff is very accommodating and eager to please, 5 star service all around, special mention for the following people: - Anisha - Rajnish Malkoti, Executive Chef - Virendra Sharma - Ankit Sharma - ***mohan

We had our wedding celebrations at Welcomhotel Shimla in early December, and the outstanding hospitality we & our guests received during our time here made our stay really memorable. The general ***ager, Ankit was really generous with his time and always a pleasure to interact with. He helped us with making all the necessary arrangements with great attention to detail, always staying patient and polite. Virender, Dheeraj and the rest of the restaurant service team were really kind & courteous during our stay. The same could be said for the front desk & room service teams as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short getaway or a small/ medium sized event. The property is in a quiet location, away from any main roads, the food is amazing as you'd expect from an ITC property and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and each of them has a lovely view of the mountains around. But the best part I would say is the top notch hospitality from a great team.

Excellent service with marvellous view of mountains. This property is way too beautiful with very less habitat. People who want to enjoy peaceful surroundings away from maddening crowd must come here..Staff ***av Vijay Nishant Nisha T***na and Shubham are very loving and supportive...You will always find them smiling and ready to help ..overall very good experience..

We celebrated our anniversary at ITC Welcome Mashobra and the team here made sure that our time spent here was memorable. Starting with front desk Nirank and Nisha made sure that we had the room with the best view. Dheeraj at the swizzle bar made us sumptuous cocktails specially the Jamun Gin Daiquiri which made our day. Ram, Hi***i and the chef Ravinder made sure we had the most delicious meals with the view. The spread everyday had ***y options and the menu was innovatively decided. Overall we had a very memorable time spent here. If you want a room with a view, humble hospitality and great food then you should definitely visit. There was a separate kids play area with ***y games and activities options as well.

Terrific location and hospitality. Food in the restaurant was awesome. Chef Ravindra paid due attention to the taste and liking of the guests and Ram was terrific in attending the tables. Rooms were kept super clean as tou would expect at ITC welcome group.

Had an amazing time in the hotel. Very courteous and well ***nered staff, two young boys, Jitender and ***av, appointed to handle the guest services, did a wonderful job. Nisha gave us a warm welcome. Great food, to mention a few, Naldehra Boti, Mutton Shammi kebabs, Sarson Murg Tikka, Murg Malai Tikka, even the simplest of a Roasted Chicken Salad, all finger licking. The head chef Ravinder prepared all this for us under his supervision. Varinder, Sarthak, Dheeraj, all looked after us very well. The rooms were neat and clean, the staff was just a single phone call away and always ready to help. All said, the credit goes to Ankit ***ocha, the general ***ager at this hotel. He has really groomed his staff efficiently.
