Clean and nice room. Very kind stuff

Hotel was great, customer service was good when checking in, but checking out the young lady can improve her customer service skills and not be so rude, small breakfast items would be nice next to the coffee in the lobby, even if they would be for sale, I've never seen a hotel that didn’t have items available by the coffee.The clean hotel is definitely reason to go back!!

Place had no body soap in the shower! The staff was so loud on Sunday morning, all I hear me was loud annoying sounds and bang, bang, bang. Will not be back! No respect for their paying guests!!!

The property was really nice, room was nicely decorated and comfortable only thing was that I was charged extra for parking I was not aware of the extra parking fee

Wonderful staff

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit Universal Studios. Customer service was great, room was clean and there was plenty of parking (for a fee) with security. Con: Our room door (room 415) rattled every time another door closed. It woke me up many times at night. I stuck a piece of cardboard between the door and the frame to keep it from rattling for the second night. We were close to the housekeeper's room and in the morning the housekeeping ladies were hanging out outside of our door and we could clearly hear their conversations. Luckily we were up early getting ready and not sleeping.

Nothing so far good.
