I selected this property because I traveled with my dog. I wanted to stay at a Choice property for the points. It was one of few Sherbrooke motels that allowed dogs. That part went really well. The safety concern is the bed. I added photos. There is a metal platform that extends past the end of the bed. It was a trip hazard and if I caught the corner, a bruising hazard. In the second photo notice the silver thing extending past the corn of the box platform. It cut me before I took a look. I protected myself during my three night stay by positioning the one and only room chair along side the cord of the bed. This one and only chair was a cheap, small rolling desk chair. Unlike most Quality Inns, this one did not offer a breakfast buffet. I received a coupon to take to the nice restaurant next door. I could only get eggs, a breakfast meat, potatoes, toast, and coffee OR orange juice. I paid additional for my orange juice. A tip was expected. I don't know how a vegan would eat breakfast. I was able to get eggs to order which was good for me because my favorite is over easy. Every morning I received less bacon. Day one was 3 slices, day 2 was 2 slices, and day 3 was 1.5 slices. The bathroom was tiny. There was no counter space for toiletries. I had to twist my body to get the toiler paper and the fixture was in the way when using the toilet. The property is outdated and well worn. My room had little furniture and almost no surface area to place things. I was in a strange triangular shaped room. The second lamp on the nightstand had no nearby outlet - so it was non-operational. The lobby provided coffee in the morning. The staff spoke sufficient English for my stay. The motel is close to a good Italian restaurant and an excellent Boulangerie. There is a pet friendly Comfort Inn visible from the intersection. I cannot remember why I didn't book there since it is also a pet friendly property.
